Guide Andrew was a very professional one. He is very attentive to details to the needs of his group from meals to activities. He gave my daughter a heat pad and helped my mom with purchase of new pair of shoes as her soles came off.

The tour felt like a rushed school trip. The guide provided basic information only and most of her comments focused on repetitive reminders about when/where is the assembly point. At every location we were rushed to leave, sometimes even earlier than planned. Nami Island and other destinations are amazing and definitely worth visiting but not with this company.

Our recent trip to Nami Island and Alpaca World was an absolute delight, thanks to our humorous and engaging tour guide, Alvin. Despite the rainy weather, the tour was worthwhile and memorable.
Alvin’s witty commentary and cheerful personality kept our spirits high throughout the day. He shared fascinating stories and interesting facts about each destination, making the tour both entertaining and educational.
Nami Island was breathtaking, even in the rain, with its picturesque landscapes and serene ambiance. Alpaca World was equally enjoyable, as we got to interact with the adorable alpacas up close.
Overall, the trip was a fantastic experience, made even better by Alvin's excellent guidance. Highly recommended!

Very full tour with excellent destinations. Possibly too many in the timeframe as guide was always seeming to rush to get to next place. Also drop off points at end of a busy day left many passengers a considerable distance from their accommodation- costs of travel back to hotels!

This is a longggg day. There is a LOT of driving. I think there is too much fit together into this tour. Alpaca world was interesting but I don’t know if it’s worth going so far out of the way unless you are just really excited about the animals they have (have more than just alpacas). Nami island was pretty but we didn’t have much time on the island. The main attraction is to pretty much take photos. It’s nice for fall colors but super busy. Again, not sure it’s worth the driving. The gardens were pretty and for photos but again it was far away. Overall glad I at least saw these things but I don’t know if I’d recommend this tour unless you have nothing else to do. It’s basically a 12 hour day with half of the day sitting in the tour bus.
Also, it’s not really as much of an informative tour. Our guide was nice but I don’t think I learned anything or heard anything informative on this tour. It’s basically a photo op tour.

Our tour guide, Jesse, was the best. From start to finish, he did a great job.
Prior to the start of the tour, he provided the entire group a lot of helpful information utilizing a group chat. Throughout the duration of the tour, he kept us very well informed on timelines, what to expect, what to do, gave recommendations. He was also receptive to any and all questions and was also very entertaining. HIs English was also excellent which was very helpful. My family and I participated in another different tour later in the week and that guide was unfortunately the opposite. Thank you Jesse for the very memorable and fun experience.

Great experience for us! We did the alpaca world-Nami Island-Garden of Morning Calm day tour. Tip: bring comfortable shoes & hat since you’ll be doing a good amount of walking. The bus picked us up on time. Our tour guide Mina was very efficient with time, & gave good tips/information on Korea. Mina’s English was also excellent. We got back exactly at 7:30pm as estimated.

Such a great experience bundle! Had a blast at Alpaca World with all the different animals you can interact with! Beautiful views on Nami Island, I would definitely recommend renting out a bike while there. Also, gorgeous flowers at Garden of Morning Calm. Overall, it has been a 10/10 experience and our tour guide Joe Park was very helpful and had such a great and happy attitude! Would definitely recommend checking out this tour if you have the time! :)
