- Flyer379487725730 条分享非常棒的DMZ之旅旅行前一天，预订出了一点小问题。我预订的是DMZ+山桥，但是供应商说已经满员，要更改行程。不过Trip.com解决问题非常迅速，而且始终保持跟进。最终给我更换成了DMZ+湖桥。 虽然略微有点不开心，不过整体行程体验很好。Paul是一名很好的领队和导游，讲解风趣幽默，服务细致。早上首尔遭遇了大雾和路面结冰，高速公路由于车祸导致严重拥堵，但是Paul仍然让我们差不多按时到达。 由于去年发生的美军士兵脱离逃亡朝鲜民主主义人民共和国，加上先朝韩双方关系禁止，JSA区域不再对游客开放，DMZ区域也增加了很多限制。 希望有机会能再来看看JSA。撰写日期：2025年1月13日

We were very dissappointed with the guide. She was a uniquely poor communicator of the sites, historical periods and the dates and often confused periods. At the palaces she could not communicate basic information and added no value versus visiting without a guide. At one site she could not find parking so we just toured on our own. She was helpful in the food market, but still could have added more context.
PLK needs to vet their guides much more carefully.
PLK was also a poor fit which was my fault. They insisted we could not do this as a walking tour and was not flexible. The reality is that four sites we visited would have been very walkable and would have saved us and the guide driving and searching for parking.

Our family with my senior parents had an amazing day with Joseph! He was friendly, patient, on-time, flexible, respectful and knowledgeable. We sent a set itinerary (Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and Myeondong Shopping Street) and important points we hope to accomplish during each site around Seoul. Joseph took many pictures and videos of us which were amazing. We did not expect this from him, but it was a bonus that Joseph was our private photographer as well. He also recommended restaurants to eat which were delicious and other must-see shopping areas we should check out while in Seoul. Thank you Joseph! Highly recommend PLK Travel and our tour guide, Joseph!

A great experience in choosing your own trips with an educated and passionate guide. My nephew and i chose 1. Insadong,
2. Bukchon Hanok Village,
3.Gyeongbokgung Palace,
4. Myeongdong Shopping Street. Marie was so accommodating and welcoming. She was sincere in making sure our experiences were both memorable and joyful. She was gracious enough to take pictures for us and guide us to a fantastic eatery that my nephew thoroughly enjoyed.

Best experience ever! I’m so happy I booked a private tour with PLK. I was traveling with my elderly parents and our tour guide, Sebastian is the best. Touring soul in a clean with really good AC private van is the way to go. Our tour is personalized, it feels like a friend is showing us around town. Our tour guide is so nice and knows the ins and out of the city by heart. He gives us extra detours to secret/local spots, shows us how to get to places with less stairs, and the best part is having a local showing us where the best local foods are. Will definitely book again and I highly recommend to everyone.

We booked this tour at short notice and were not disappointed. Joseph, our guide, was punctual and made a couple of suggestions around changing the itinerary based on what we would be interested in (choosing the 4 venues was the hardest part of the booking). Highlights were the Bukchon Hanok village and Gyeongbokgung Palace - both of which involve a fair bit of walking. Joseph was very personable and generous with sharing his advice about other general experiences in Korea, especially around what and where to eat Korean food. Overall a very good experience.

John was an excellent tour guide and helped me visit many different areas of Seoul. He came up with several “Plan B”s when ceremonies like the changing of the guard were cancelled due to the rain.
John went out of his way to make sure I had my ideal sightseeing day in Seoul! We saw a lot, and I felt like I was able to get a good sense of the city on my quick trip.

Our tour guide, Paul, was wonderful! He provided a lot of information, fun, and a whole lotta laughs! He has made our trip to Seoul that much more fun and memorable. We truly appreciate the experience that Paul gave us, couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide.

Sebastian was absolutely fantastic. He arrived with hand warmers in a very swanky luxury vehicle and things only got better and better from there. Incredibly knowledgeable and proud of his City his love and humor shone through. He organized a very efficient and logical route from my choices but remained flexible to any of my last minute on the fly changes.

Our tour guide Henry Kim was excellent in sharing his knowledge about Korean history and with the places we visited.
He speaks good English, he was very patient and willing to have our pictures taken that he would even suggest funny poses!

The staff was very friendly and helpful despite having a huge group. There was no problem or difficulties in our part. We were given some free time to roam around different areas on our own, which was nice. Recommend to anyone who wants to comfortably travel around Korea!
