My friends, family, and I had a wonderful experience on this tour. We saw places we never would have found on our own, and challenged ourselves to new foods we would have not picked up ourselves! It was so tasty, I want to go back! We also got a glimpse into the culture, which was fascinating and really illuminated the experience. I highly recommend anyone coming to Korea to try this tour!

HJ was the perfect guide for this experience. Young, fun and with a wonderful sense of humour.
A great opportunity to sample a whole range of different food and feel safe and supported to do so! I wouldn't have been confident ordering such variety on my own and HJ took care to let us know ingredients for any people with dietary restrictions.

Jacob was very fun guide and very knowledgeable.

We had a brilliant time with HJ. Their enthusiasm and love of all things Korean food is infectious. From introductions right through to goodbyes it was non stop laughter and fun. Food was fantastic, drinks equally so. We love a good drinking game, or 10. Fantastic value. Don’t even hesitate. Just book!!

On Gwangjang Market, you get to enjoy delicious local food made by very friendly people. I tried dishes that I never would have tried or never would have known of so it was definitely a worthwhile experience. And Jacob thought us many things during the visit.

Jacob was an outstanding tour guide! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you come to Seoul, this tour is a must. We met a few of the vendors, tried a variety of foods and capped it off with a few drinks and dessert. Loved every minute.

Had a great time with our tour guide Roky. There's a ton of food (and drinks, at the last two stops) offered and they're very generous with portions/having seconds available for those who would like them. Like most Korean food tours, I'm not sure that vegetarians would get as much out of this as non-vegetarians, so consider that when booking. Would strongly recommend this tour!

I booked this tour last minute the night before— I have no regrets! We tried many different foods and drinks at the recommendation of our awesome guide, Jacob! He included tid bits about the Korean language, culture, and history of Gwangjang market in an engaging way and didn’t rush us through so it was an overall awesome experience. As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this experience: there are only so many foods you can try without having someone else to share with, so this was the perfect way to fit 10+ different foods in one meal! Playing Korean drinking games was a plus as that’s a part of the culture I wouldn’t have been able to experience while traveling solo!

Absolutely brilliant tour of the night market. Numerous lovely varied selection of food and plenty of it. Definitely a great way to try Korean cuisine. Our host Jacob was excellent and made the whole evening a fun night out.

This night food market tour was amazing. Plenty of foods to sample and Jacob made the event fun and full of laughter. Would do it again and again just for his company. The food was extra. Love the live octopus and counting 3,6,9 game. Will have to bring that back home with me.
