I had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Ali. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also made our day truly unforgettable. The lunch provided was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the trip. The organization of the tour was top-notch, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. One of the highlights was visiting the papyrus museum and perfume palace, where we gained fascinating insights into ancient medicine. I highly recommend this tour and appreciate the efforts put into making it such a remarkable experience. Thank you!

Cruising on the Nile river boat and climbing the challenging Mt. Moses on the Sinai Peninsula were my favorites. Being at the pyramids was my husband’s favorite. Doaa and “Elvis” were top notch guides. We worked Nesma jja lot to get our trip finalized. Everything went very well. We were not disappointed.

An incredibly well-planned and delivered tour of Egypt by Nesma and her team with Maestro!
From the moment we were met by Amir at the airport at 1:00 a.m. (he walked with us through the entire customs and visa process) to the time Amir delivered us to the airport at 5:00 a.m. 10 days later, I can’t imagine our trip going any better!
We were a group of four couples (all family) and our tour guide in Cairo, Doaa Shehab, was like part of the family! She was always on time, spoke great English, is so knowledgeable, and treated us as guests in her country in such a wonderful way. We never had an issue with tickets or security. You can tell that Doaa is very respected at the sites and by other guides.
Our trip included a four day cruise on the Nile from Aswan to Luxor, and we had a separate guide for that portion. Khaled was wonderful and he knew his history so well. He was great with altering our schedule in such a way that we would minimize crowds and beat the heat!
If you are considering a trip to Egypt, do it! I can say with great confidence that Nesma and Amir with Maestro Online will make sure your trip is wonderful, and Nesma will stay in touch with you the entire time! Also, ask for Doaa as your Cairo tour guide and Khaled as your cruise tour guide!

Our family of 8 toured Egypt with the help of Maestro Tours. Every single day went according to plan. The drivers were timely and safe, our tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and every day was unique and filled with awe-inspiring activities and sites. We were especially happy with our Cairo guide, Duaa, as well as our cruise guide, Khaled. From the moment we arrived in Cairo to the day of our departure, we were accompanied and helped through the touring process. We recommend Maestro tours 100% without reservation.

Hemos contratado un tour personalizado y privado que incluía : crucero nilo, Abu Simbel y Cairo, todo ha salido perfecto.
Muchas gracias a Shereen por su trabajo y organización, que seguro no fue fácil.
Muchas gracias a Mohamed, nuestro guía en el crucero, por su atención y amabilidad.
Y muchas gracias a Asha, nuestra guía en el Cairo, por todo, sus interesantes explicaciones, su dedicación y su sorprendente conocimiento de la cultura egipcia.
Igualmente a conductores y personal de la agencia.
Todo ha salido tan bien que ya pensamos en volver otra vez.

We did private excursion to Luxor, Petra and Cairo from cruise port. Maestro coordinated everything for 5 of us. They were very quick to answer all our questions and make sure the tours met our every need. Each stop was amazing and it worked out we paid about the same price as the ships shore excursion but we had a customized experience.
The guides were very informative and all had excellent English.
They asked what we wanted to do and gave us lots of excellent options. We had lots of time to do things we would have never had time for in big groups.
I would use Maestro Travel again when we return in the future.

We went for the first time from UAE for 8 days. 4 days in Cairo and 4 days in Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor.
Everything was perfectly organized by Maestro from welcoming at Airport to see off at Airport.
Tour guide: They were so informative and friendly, we felt like part of family.
They were very protective and were supportive in bargaining in local shops.
Cars: They have gone over & above in their service, thou we were only 4 but they provided us with 10 seater toyota hais van. Very well maintained, neat and clean.
They also provided us with complimentary water bottles. We insisted to pay but they didn't accept.
Hotel rooms: we were suppose to be in triple room but were upgraded to 1bed suite in Cairo.
Food: lunch was excellent according to international standards.
Mr.Amir was always at the airport to receive us and drop us even in the late night until we were safely checked into hotel room. We never had to haggle or clarify or speak to anyone because Amir was escorting us.thank you for such a good care.
From the bottom of my heart, I would thank Maestro team Amir, Nesma, Aya, Asraf, Mamoud for making our tour memorable and for top notch service.
I would highly recommend Maestro as they understand your needs, value customer service. Ensure you are happy and satisfied at the end.
Tips: if you can't speak arabic then you must take private or Group tour such as Maestro.

Nous sommes partis en Egypte avec un couple d'amis et avons confié l'organisation du séjour à Nesma de maestro .
Elle nous a préparé un planning sur mesure de détente et de visites . 2 jours au Caire et 4 jours sur le Nil .
Tout s'est déroulé conformément à ce qui était prévu . Nesma a toujours répondu présente lorsque nous l'avons contacté . Les agents de transferts ont toujours été tres ponctuels et dévoués . Nous avons eu 2 guides de bons niveau francophone et sympathiques et professionnels .
L'hébergement et la restauration était de tres bonne qualité . Notre vol en montgolfière a été annulé pour des raisons météo , Nesma nous a proposé immédiatement une activité de substitution et nous a remboursé la différence .
nous ne pouvons que recommander Nesma et son agence en toute confiance .
Grace à elle le voyage n'a été que détente et culturel sans avoir à se soucier de la logistique .

Mi sono trovato molto bene il viaggio organizzato assieme al tour operator e all assistenza che ho ricevuto in tutto il viaggio è stata ottima. Un complimento alle guide Ahmed e Rania che sono state molto brave nelle spiegazioni e bel guidarci in giro per i monumenti.
