It’s a bitter sweet moment that we are about to finish one of the best trips of our life! Please note that I am writing this review on behalf of my wife, and 4 very close and dear friends of ours.
The trip to Egypt was planned about a year ago as we were looking for something different, adventurous and spectacular to celebrate and mark my wife and dear friend Bessie’s 50th birthday and our 25th Anniversary! Through extensive research and communications with our Egypt private tour company - Amazing Global Travel Inc in USA, we truly experienced a trip of a life time!
Just to be clear, my wife and I and our friends have travelled the world extensively! We have lots of experience dealing with tour companies and Amazing Global Travel has exceeded all our expectations by miles! Amazing Global Travel is top of our list for tour companies! In fact, we are in discussions with them about another tour itinerary!
The tour advisor/organizer and our main contact – Nagy - is a trained and qualified Egyptologist! He designed a wonderful 16-day itinerary for our group of 6 people. From the moment we landed in Cairo, various tour representatives took care of all our needs from helping us clear customs, exchanging money, purchasing and installing SIM cards, arranging transportation, checking us into our hotels, and arranging other excursions not previously included in the tour package!
The tour took us to visit almost every “must-see” site in Egypt – Great Pyramids, Temple of Luxor, Abu Simbel and the list goes on and on and on! We were accompanied by two English speaking guides.
In Cairo, Ms. Radwa guiding us for four days. An extremely patient, attentive and very well-organized individual who paid attention to details and accommodated our group’s unique needs! Ms. Radwa went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable during our stay and during our tours! She provided practical advice on what to wear, how to prepare for the next days adventures, and what to expect at each tour stop! Very valuable as there were instances where she cautioned us about cramped spaces, extreme heat situations, etc. and gave practical advice on how to deal with the situation or alternate available options! If you’re touring Cairo, definitely ask for Ms. Radwa!
The next 7 days were spent exploring the area aournd Luxor, and cruising the Nile River to Aswan. For this segment of our journey we were accompanied by Mr. Adel Mohamed! A PhD Egyptologist who has studied the Ancient Egyptians for over a decade and has taught at various Egyptian universities. Adel made 5000 years of Egyptian history easy to understand! He is an excellent teacher, a proud Egyptian, and has a very natural and passionate way of engaging you in Egyptian culture such that you feel like you’ve lived in Egypt your whole life!
Adel's claim is that he is your ambassador to Egypt! If you don’t leave with a good impression of Egypt and Egyptians then he hasn’t done his job! Well…Adel, you are the greatest Ambassador Egypt has to offer! You bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, humour, and commitment to your work AND it SHOW! We learnt a lot about the Ancient Egyptians and every Egyptian civilization from 5000 years ago all the way to modern Egypt! Beware! Adel will give you a test of Egyptian history at the end of your time with him! Unfortunately, I was considered Adel’s worst student and my wife the best in our group!! Regardless of my poor performance, Adel, your time, effort, and patience answering the many questions our group had is greatly appreciated as we had a wonderful time with you!
AND, like Ms. Radwa, Adel is very attentive to all your needs! If there’s something you need, ask Adel! Something you’re unsure of, ask Adel! Somewhere you want to go, things buy, see, etc, ask Adel and he will give you advice, options and what to look for! He will take care of you like his own family!
Almost forgot, Adel became our professional photographer! He took fantastic and extremely artistic group and individual pictures of us throughout our entire trip!
During our trip we stayed at top rated luxury hotels in Egypt such as Four Seasons (Cairo & Sharm El Shiek), Sofitel (Winter Palace) in Luxor, Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan (with a balcony Nile view), and enjoyed an Ultra Luxury Nile Cruise aboard the Historia. All accommodations were fantastic! Staff and service was impeccable at all locations! The highlight was the Old Cataract Hotel where we were given a tour of Agatha Christie’s room where she spent 1 year writing the novel Death on the Nile and we were also given a tour of the hotel where various scene of the 1978 movie Death on the Nile was filmed!
Throughout the trip, we experienced and encountered the warmth, hospitality, and friendliness of Egyptians! Everyone we meet engaged us in their culture, made us feel comfortable and welcome, and provided with exceptional service! In many instances, our needs were anticipated even before we realized what we needed something! Service went beyond our expectations! The ladies in our group all work in the service industry and felt pampered, extremely well cared for and we all received the VIP ++++ treatment from everyone we meet! All Egyptian service providers we encountered have raised the bar and established a new benchmark for delivering an “exceptional client experience”! Do keep in mind that Egyptians rely heavily on gratuities as part of their income and is a big part of why the service standards in Egypt in our opinion is so high! Do your research on tipping in Egypt and also be sure to ask Nagy about tipping guidelines! Don't hesitate to tip! Everyone we encountered deserved a gratuity!
Egypt is extremely rich in history, art and culture. Our recent visit to Egypt has been absolutely spectacular! Egypt is definitely a place to include on your bucket list!
Other thoughts about our recent trip to Egypt – tourism in Egypt has been decimated by 3 years of COVID. 2023 is really the first year Egypt has seen tourists returning to Egypt! Unfortunately, Egypt’s economy has also been hit with high inflation (30-50%) and currency devaluation. Now, the Israel & Hamas conflict is again threatening the livelihoods of Egyptians! Within days of the conflict breaking out, our guides received multiple tour cancellations, the Four Season at Sharm El Sheik was at 80-90 capacity but when we arrived for our final 3-4 days in Egypt they were at maybe 30% capacity! Things are about to get hard and it is really sad to see all Egyptians working hard, putting in the extra effort, and yet struggle to make a living.
One final thought for anyone thinking of visiting Egypt – I would encourage you to go! At no time did our group feel unsafe, racialized, or discriminated against! Everywhere we went, all our Egyptian hosts made us feel safe, comfortable and welcome!

From initial contact, phenomenal handlers from arrival through departure, Adele and Rhadwa providing unique insights information, 5 star accommodations and personalized service!!!! The best trip ever. It was so well put together from the minute we where met at the airport until we where taken back to the airport. They helped us check in for our departure walked with us until we went through security.We had two great and fabulous tour guides Rodwa and Adel. The company treated us like ROCK STARS. If you have a chance to use them for this trip or any other don’t miss it. We where a group of LGBT tourists and never felt scared.

Our family decided to revisit Egypt after a gap of many years. Trip Advisor reviews are are go-to for first hand experiences. Ahmed Nagy of Amazing Global Travel had several good recommendations and now, after my trip, I endorse them.
We were 3 generations travelling so my daughter took on the planning. For 6 months, through email, she and Ahmed went back and forth curating an itinerary that would give us leisurely travel back into the rich history of the country. There were suggestions from both sides till the schedule seemed to encompass the sites that we wanted to visit.
The entire trip, from being met at the airport to clear immigration to our departure went without a hitch. Though we didn’t get to meet Ahmed, his guides were exceptional. Both had done their Masters in Egyptology and were so experienced. Manar was there for us in Cairo. Her explanations were very interesting and knowledgeable. She would caution us how to deal with hawkers and made sure our meal reservations were confirmed. She was punctual and patient.
Adel was with us from Luxor and on the Nile on the dahabiya. He was very flexible if we wanted a slight change in timings or itinerary. He would tell us about the temples and excavations in story form. The tips he gave us for a seamless experience into the temples were so useful that many times we were able to dodge the crowds. His easy demeanour was pleasant and by the end of our trip he had integrated well with the family.
The 4 cabin dahabiya, small sail boat, gave the family the quiet quality time that we wanted.
The chef was top class. Each meal was delicious and well presented. The service was excellent.
I would recommend Amazing Travel without hesitation. Email Ahmed Nagy and he will reply promptly and help organise a trip to Egypt that is unforgettable!

I wanted a holiday that would show us the deep history of Egypt and also create memories for our family. We were four - 3 generations - traveling. Ahmed Nagy curated a trip of a lifetime. We planned the trip over 6 months with him via email and he personalized it well - down to dinner reservations and restaurants we wanted to go to and a small private boat up the Nile with side excursions - some that are well known but others that we particularly wanted to visit like Agatha Christie's stay while she wrote Death of the Nile. His two guides - Manar in Cairo and Adel (Luxor and temples along the sail) are exceptional for their knowledge and flexibility. They really curated every day for us based on what we were looking for. Adels advice on the tombs to visit and how to approach them for maximum privacy and appreciation was invaluable. Manar's patience and knowledge of the history of Egypt enriched our experience in the Museums and Giza/Sakkara. The drivers in both Cairo and Luxor were very good. The small boat - Soraiya - has 4 cabins and worked perfectly for us. The chef and server were absolutely the best and the food was probably the best we had in Egypt. I cannot recommend this agency enough if you are looking for a personalized trip to Egypt. Let Ahmed know what your interests are, and he will work on an agenda that is open to change and flexible.

There were 9 of us on a private tour of Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Sahl Hashish. Amazing Global was there with us all along the way. Our tour guides were wonderful guides as well as people. They were knowledgeable and adaptable to our needs and sudden requests. Within hours they repeatedly accommodated our need for an evening car ride to a new destination along with a chaperon guide. We specifically enjoyed Radwa as our tour guide in Cairo. Just as an example, she came one morning at 6 AM to take bunch of us to see the Giza pyramids again right as the gates opened up. This was clearly out of her own willingness and desire to serve our needs; making sure that everyone had adequate time to enjoy the historical magic of these structures. By the way this is the way to see the Pyramids. Regular ours are fine but one has to maneuver the path with hundreds of other tourists. The non-primary guides who accompanied us in the airports or on "after hours" outings were all cordial and friendly as well but speaking English was more of a challenge for most of them. Our lunches were included with the tour and we were pleased with all the selections by Amazing Global and they would order any appetizer or main dish that we would ask for. The lodging accommodations were typically of 4-5 start grade and we were always pleased with the cleanliness, quality of food as well as service provided by the establishment. Ahmed, the tour boss, would routinely check (using WhatsApp) with one of us to make sure all was OK. If visiting the magic of Cairo is your wish then we would definitely recommend going with a tour and the Amazing Global definitely earns our recommendation. By the way, at no point during our our did we feel un-safe in Egypt. Also make certain that a visit to the Valley of the Kings is included in your itinerary. The tour guides will occasionally take you to souvenir shops. As most travelers know such spots on one hand may offer a more secure shopping experience but seldom do they offer "good" prices.

I did a lot of work organizing a group trip to Egypt. Going in I knew nothing about traveling there. I had some guidance, but no one could really prepare any of us for what lay ahead…
I spent upwards of 20 hours researching this trip. First, I found out all the ways to travel by boat on the Nile. I chose my favorite, the Dahabiya, and then started a Google search for companies that can boom these amazing boats. I wrote to every single tour company over about 10 pages of results. I communicated with twenty companies. Finally, I spoke to a very cool guy named Ahmed from Amazing Global Travel. All of the companies listened briefly to what I wanted then offered me a tour package that seemed very bundled and precise. Then they were pushy about confirming it immediately. Ahmed listened to what I wanted and designed a custom tour based on what I requested.
He also worked with the budget I gave him and remained flexible about confirmations throughout the entire planning process. Since we are in a time of economic hardship in the world, I wanted to keep the price low so that people could afford to come along. Ahmed’s company was new, so I found him on the later Google pages.
All I wanted was a Dahabiya for our group that left on a certain day and kept a loose schedule. I wanted a lot of sailing time so we could relax on the Nile, and I wanted visits to temples with some cultural stuff thrown in for good measure. Oh yeah, and of course, the Pyramids.
What sold me on Ahmed’s service the most was his sincere passion for creating life-altering experiences for his clients. I could tell it gave him great joy. And since this is a trait we share, I chose him to curate our trip. That was a huge relief.
This trip was absolutely lovely changing for all of us. First class, above and beyond my wildest expectations. I cannot recommend these guys more. If you are searching for someone you can trust to curate your trip, look no further.

I communicated with twenty companies. Finally, I spoke to a very cool guy named Ahmed from Amazing Global Travel. All of the companies listened briefly to what I wanted then offered me a tour package that seemed very bundled and precise. Then they were pushy about confirming it immediately. Ahmed listened to what I wanted and designed a custom tour based on what I requested.
He also worked with the budget I gave him and remained flexible about confirmations throughout the entire planning process. Since we are in a time of economic hardship in the world, I wanted to keep the price low so that people could afford to come along. Ahmed’s company was new, so I found him on the later Google pages.
All I wanted was a Dahabiya for our group that left on a certain day and kept a loose schedule. I wanted a lot of sailing time so we could relax on the Nile, and I wanted visits to temples with some cultural stuff thrown in for good measure. Oh yeah, and of course, the Pyramids.
What sold me on Ahmed’s service the most was his sincere passion for creating life-altering experiences for his clients. I could tell it gave him great joy. And since this is a trait we share, I chose him to curate our trip. That was a huge relief.
This trip was absolutely lovely changing for all of us. First class, above and beyond my wildest expectations. I cannot recommend these guys more. If you are searching for someone you can trust to curate your trip, look no further.

We had a group of 12 that spent 13 days with Amazing Global Travel in Egypt. Our group of 6 couples who arrived on different airlines over a five day period. 2 couples did additional tours with Amazing Global Travel and Manar before our 13 day tour. This was not a problem for Ahmed Nagi. From the minute we landed, it was FIRST CLASS. We were greeted by Hasson who provided us our Visa, picked up our bags, then escorted us to Samy who provided information and transportation to The Four Seasons. All of the transportation provided was private and very nice. Manar, the guide in Alexandra and for us in Cairo was very knowledgeable and wonderful. The tour to the Egyptian museum in Cairo was really nice, especially with the headphones provided. We could hear every soft spoken word describing all of the exhibits. We then flew to Luxor to sail on the Historia. As before, we were taken by Sami to the airport, escorted through security and ticketing by Hasson to board our short flight. It was seamless. Upon landing in Luxor, we were greeted by Adel, our friend and guide who escorted and educated us on all things Egyptian for the next 8 days on our cruise down the Nile and in Aswan. He is AWESOME. Going back to Cairo and the St, Regis to end our trip was also seamless and perfect. Ahmed Nagi was fantastic through the planning and the execution of our trip and met with our group in Cairo at the St. Regis. We also can not wait to plan our next trip with Amazing Global Travel. They went above and beyond our expectations. Get ready Ahmed, we are thinking Africa for our next Amazing Global Travel Adventure.

After enjoying the most amazing two weeks, I can confidently speak for our group of six when I say that Ahmed Nagi of Amazing Global Travel and his
incredible staff more than exceeded our expectations. We received the highest level of Concierge Service beginning at the airport in Cairo where we were met and escorted through the Diplomatic Line, continuing throughout our time in Egypt with knowledgeable professional Egyptology Guides whose courtesy and attention to detail was exceptional.
Our Thanks and Highest Recommendation to Ahmed Nagi, Radwa Tarek, our Guide in Cairo, Adel Mohamed in Luxor, and Mahmoud Aly our guide in Luxor and for our Nile Cruise. We thank each of them and will not forget
our “Habibies”.

The Guides were all Master Degree Trained Egyptologists. The incredible amount of knowledge shared and the feeling of such majesty was astounding. The tour of the Valley of the Kings was World Class.

Somos una pareja de Peru y viajariamos con otra pareja igual .
Nos parece muy interesante el recorrido de los 8 dias , es el Tour privado y el crucero al Nilo.
En cuanto a vuelos internos , cuantos habria que tomar......

One of the good things of Amazing global travel they sell you what is listed with no changes unless if there is upgrade for better option
