We did a day trip with Emo Tours ans Samir Gaber. I can't recommend both highly enough. Samir was fantastic: incredibly knowledgeable and lovely to spend the day with. We flew into Aswan early in the morning and did Aswan, Philae Island, Abu Simbel, then came back to Philae Island for the light and sound show. My only wish is that was stayed longer to see more of Aswan and explore the Nubian culture of the area. That gives us a good reason to come back!

We joined a day tour in Aswan with the guide Samir Gaber. It was a very amazing day. Samir explained a lot of history and stories in Egypt and Aswan. He responded very well to our requests and was willing to go the extra mile to assist us. Would be my pleasure to recommend this tour and the guide Samir to everyone for your visit to Egypt and Aswan.

Samir Gaber, our guide, was fabulous. He was attentive to our physical needs. He went into detail on all the historical details of our tour and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Samir as a guide for anyone that wants a great tour. We want to commend our driver, Jamil/Hamil, on his safe, driving and courtesy.

We had an amazing time in Aswan! It was such a great experience! Our tour guide Samir Gaber was wonderful. He was so attentive and made sure we made the most of our time in Aswan. This is a fascinating journey for us right from pickup at Aswan Airport. I felt bad for kept waiting our guide in the Sun for an hour, our luggage was delayed a bit. The story begins now, our guide name is Samir. He is one of the finest tour guides that we met in many of our trips to different countries. Our first stop was about 3hrs drive from Aswan close to the Sudan’s border with Egypt the place called Abu Simbel temple which was one of the most iconic places in Egypt. Samir was very good story teller with his presentations and pictures. It felt like we were in that ancient times watching closely at beautiful historical places. Our tour last for about 1 and half days. On day-2 we visited the High dam, lotus monument,temple of philae and finally Fluka rude in nile. Every bit of our journey was fascinating and great knowledge of ancient Egyptian history. Samir was very kind and helpful during the entire trip. Thanks to Emo tours for the wonderful tour guide.
