[ 장점 ]
1. 효율적인 스케줄 - 투어 프로그램마다 방문하는 곳이 조금씩 다른데, 아스완부터 룩소르까지 갈 수 있는 거의 모든 곳들을 다 방문하고, 마지막 일정도 이른 오후에 마무리하는 일정으로 진행됩니다.
2. 저렴함 - Full package 투어 중 가장 저렴한 축에 속합니다. 물론 저렴한 만큼 크루즈 컨디션이 좋은 편은 아닙니다. (보통 한국인들은 deluxe 이상을 예약하는데, 저희가 묵은 Queen Isis 는 Moderate 레벨) 참고로 not include 인 입장료 다 합치면 대충 $100 정도 되고, 체크인 할 때 tip 으로 인당 $30 씩 추가로 냅니다. 모두 카드결제는 가능했지만, 생각보다 추가 비용이 많이 들어요.
3. 깔끔한 의사소통 - 예약 사이트와 다른 점도 없고, 궁금한 점이나 금액 등은 명확히 대답해주십니다. 투어에 신전 방문이 많은데, 몇 개 보다보니 굳이 다 안가도 될 것 같아서 그런 부분은 말씀드리면 쿨하게 입장료 환불해주십니다.
[ 단점 ]
1. 별점 강요 - 눈 앞에서 5점 별점 남기고, 그걸 또 캡쳐해서 개인 메세지로 증빙하는 것까지 요구합니다. 평점은 경험한 만큼 솔직히 남기는 것입니다. Tripadvisor는 리뷰 수정이 안돼서 삭제하고 다시 쓰고 있어요.
2. 알아 듣기 어려운 영어 - 완전한 Arabian English 입니다. 엑센트랑 인토네이션이 많이 특이해서 영어 원어민 수준이 아니시면 말을 알아듣기가 어려워요. (심지어 우리 투어에 있는 미국인 부부도 10-20%는 이해 못하는 것 같았음)
3. 가이드의 독단적인 커뮤니케이션 - 버스의 경우처럼 갑자기 투어하고 있는데 결제하라며 카드 리더기를 들이민다던가, 가이드 편의만 생각하고 고객 입장에서는 당혹스러운 커뮤니케이션 순간들이 있었습니다. 저희는 3명이라 triple room 으로 예약했는데, triple room 이 하나 밖에 없어서 다른 팀에게 배정했더라고요. 근데 그걸 저희에게 묻지 않고, 통보 받아으면서 '너네가 어리니까 이해해~' 라고 했습니다. 그리고 자꾸 저희에게 본인의 역할을 시켜요. whatsapp 으로 다른 게스트에게 연락해보라거나, 물건을 대신 전달해주라거나. 가이드의 역할 아닌가요? 리뷰의 사진도 누군가 저 가방을 차에 두고 내렸는데, 저보고 가져다주라고 하더군요. 저는 투어 다 끝나고 drop off 할 준비 중이었습니다. 내용에서 느끼셨겠지만, 나이 많으신 분들이나 포스 있어보이는 사람들한테는 안 그래요. 본인이 불리하거나 양해 필요할 때는 you are good guy~, friend~ 이러고, 그렇지 않을 때는 막 들이밀고 해서 당황스러웠습니다.
4. 정말 안 좋은 숙소 컨디션 - 저렴한 투어라 예상은 했지만, 생각보다 더 안 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했어요.
5. 작고 불편한 버스 - 드라이버와 가이드 포함 12명이었는데, 우리나라 봉고차 같은 12인승 버스를 타고 다녔습니다. 저가 항공사보다 좁은 좌석이라서 남여노소 할 것 없이 엄청나게 끼어 앉아야 하는데, 은근 차 타는 시간이 많아서 매우 불편하고 힘들었습니다. 게다가 가이드가 젊은 사람들이 제일 마지막 구석 자리 (4명이 끼어 타야하는) 앉으라고 지정해줘서 (의견 물어보지 않았음) 더 불편했습니다. 도의적으로 이해되나, 의견도 물어보지 않고 로테이션도 없이 젋은 사람이라고 무조건 구석 자리에 앉는 것은 매우 비합리적이라고 생각합니다. (심지어 저희도 다 30대였는데, 동양인이라 좀 더 어려보였을 뿐)

Our Guide Tata made this an amazing experience. He was great at making the experience very smooth. He planned our days well and because of that maximized the time we had to see the sites and we were able to see them in a non crowded and somewhat comfortable temperature (it's hot!). He spent the whole 4 days with us ensuring we had a great time and experience. He was very knowledgeable about the sites we saw and with Egyptian history.

The hotel is clean and the food is delicious. The staff was very attentive.
They tried to satisfy all our needs without disturbing us at all. Guides are clear and clearly guided and explained. They were always there at their selected times. There was a complete hotel experience on board, the only difference from the hotel was that we were on the water and our hotel was taking us where we went. Thank you to all of my guides, including Shady and Mina first.

This is a difficult one to review, as the sights we saw were brilliant, and exceeded our expectations. We are not cruise people, and we were hesitant to do the cruise, but it was a fantastic way, and I think the only way, to adequately and efficiently see the amazing, historic sites between Kom Ombo and Luxor.
The evening visits to two sites and the early morning horse and carriage ride into another were just amazing. If you love history, and even if you are not so fussed about it, I think that most people, will be blown away by these incredible sites.
If things went wrong, Khalid, the tour organiser, did what he could to keep things on track and make up for them.
My two main issues were related to the lack of clarity about the details of the tour on the website, and the lack of an itinerary and communications before and during the cruise.
You will need to be aware that when you are picked up on day 1, you do a tour of Philae Temple by car and small boat, and then get taken to the cruise boat early in the afternoon, where the boat sits in dock until 2 pm the next day; before it actually departs. This is, however, quite relaxing and comfortable, as the top deck has a pool and multiple loungers and chairs to chill on. There is also a lounge and bar on board, where you can also get a coffee. The bottled water on the boat is very expensive, but you can buy large, cheap bottles from vendors on the street adjacent to where the boat is docked, when you first arrive.
The tour to Abu Simbel, (that is mentioned on the website), is NOT part of your private (Nile Cruise) tour. This is not clear at all. You can only do this as an EXTRA private tour which leaves at 4am on day 2 of the ‘cruise’, and travels by car and back in time for the boat to actually leave port.
Anyone who doesn’t do the 4am tour has to stay on the boat for 24 hours waiting for the others. We actually organised a very good private tour to Abu Simbel with another company the day before we were picked up for the cruise. It departed at 9am in a very comfortable car, and was actually cheaper than the one offered by this group. If you have the time, I would recommend doing it this way.
Aida, who took us on the Philae tour on day one, was very good. She had lots of information about the temple and the region, as well as some entertaining insights.
Other tour guides we had in other locations were also good. English is a second or third or even fourth language for some of the guides, so you may encounter need some minor clarifications due to this and differing accents of both guide and guest.
During the cruise, we had to ask reception on the boat what time we were arriving at the different docks on the way, and whether we were getting off or not; as there was no itinerary displayed on the boat, (contrary to what we were told) and some people had land tours that we did not. We were given no information about any of this by Egypt Best Holidays.
The food on the cruise was pretty good considering it was buffets for every meal. The cabin was bigger than expected, and we had a huge window to watch the scenery go by. Booking as a couple, we expected a double bed, but we had two singles. This may be standard on boats like this?
I would strongly recommend a Nile River cruise to see the sights along the Nile, but you may want to check the detailed itinerary first.

It was all really easy. There was always someone messaging me to tell me what was happening. It was a smooth budget trip. We had a tour guide in Aswan Mina, and another in Luxor, Khaled Alsaady. We had a great time with both guides. Mina in Aswan was very knowledgeable about the Nubian people, the relocation of people from Lake Nassr. Our boat crew on the Shams was also great. Mohammed and Mohammed Ali in the cafe were so sweet. Then in Luxor Khaled treated us like family. He took us around the archeological sites that he used to work at. He was authentic and so knowledgeable about all things related to the sites. I had a great 4 days 3 nights overall. The trip was a value and honest when it came to inclusions.

Hi,
I'm going to Aswan with my husband this coming October 2024. I have a few questions:
1. Does the 4-day, 3-night cruise start on 27/10 (Sunday)? I noticed that some cruises are only available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
2. Is this trip inclusive of transfers by an A/C private car to all the locations mentioned in the itinerary, especially Abu Simbel?
