We are planning to do this cruise after being picked-up from Aswan airport (our arrival is scheduked at 06h30). Which cruise departure time should we select (there are 10 deoarture times between 0640 and 12h). What happens if the plane is late ? Can we be transferred to a next cruise deoarture time ? Does the departure time influence the cruise's itinerary and visiting time avaiable ?

Hi, we are interested in joining your tour in September. The itinerary looks great. However, we are wondering if there is an alternative way that we could travel in Edfu that does not use horses? We would prefer not to do this for various reasons. Could we do this part of the trip by taxi instead? We would be happy to pay a taxi driver directly for it and rejoin the group for the rest of the tour. We are two people travelling together.

I understand your concern and I’m sure Bishoy, the tour guide, will be able to get another form of transportation to the temple in Edfu. The ride by horse was about 10 minutes long, so I’m sure a taxi won’t be too expensive. I hope this helped.

I've heard that tipping is a big thing in Egypt, how much do people usually need for tipping during this tour? (I appreciate everyone is different but just an estimate)

Yes...everyone in Egypt expects to be tipped! If you're going on the cruise, you will most likely be assigned a tour guide for all the excursions and he will tell you how much to tip.
On another note, I think you can do a better job avoiding the cruise flying into Luxor and finding a tour guide and doing the excursions yourself. The cruise has you up at the crack of dawn for all the excursions and its a pretty exhausting schedule.

The wifi is not included in the cruise. I recommend buying a local sim card, they're very cheap and come with plenty of data.

Hi, I would like to know if the tickets for the temples are included. As well if the Hot air balloon attraction is included in the cost. Can we join the tour the first day late at night in Aswan? Do you have an email or WhatsApp number to text my questions?

HI we had a few questions to ask before booking.
1. Do the Nile cruises have strong internet ? We will need to have a couple of zoom classes at night and need a fast connection.
This is very important to us to have strong reliable connection.
2. What admissions are included and if not what are the costs?
3. What time is check in- check out, can you arrange for pickup from the airport for flight arriving at 11pm from Cairo?
4. Are the Hot air balloons in Luxor included?
5. Can we visit the Nubian Village?
