We had an amazing cruising trip in Egypt.
After checking and the day before checkout for cruise ship , a coordinator came to the ship and explained the schedule. The meeting time was notified by SMS the day before, so the free Wi-Fi was very useful. The cruise staffs, everybody is so friendly and kind.
Professional private guides were assigned to each port ( Kom ombo, Edfu and Luxor) Especially in Luxor Mohamed Noor was great, he taught me not only about ancient Egyptian ruins but also about ancient Egyptian spirit.

We enjoyed a great tour that we will never forget. The staff was in good communication with us. The representative, Bassam, was wonderful. They gave a souvenir through him. The boat was wonderful and the staff was friendly with us. I suggested with Best of Egypt low prices and experience

I booked this trip weeks ago and a couple days before the trip begin they ignored us and 16 january (trips begin at 17 january at 8:00am) the viator company send us a email telling us they cancelled our trip... The tour company didnt send us a message, nothing, we were lucky we found out another guy that could arrange everything, i dont recommend you this company will let you f**k up with no plans in egypt so unprofesional people...

Dear friends, sometimes Nile cruises are stopped according to the sailing schedule, and this is at a rate of 1%, so in order to preserve the full amount paid to the passengers, we cancel the cancellation in order to ensure the company to recover the full amount paid to customers

Management don’t care at all! I missed a scheduled tour for Luxor as they told me the wrong time! When I got to lobby & asked where your guide was, I was told” I don’t know “ with a shrug of shoulders. I was charged for internet despite the fact it never worked! I kept telling manager it’s not working & he just put me off saying “when we get to Edfu there’s better signal, don’t worry” but I was never able to successfully connect. At check out I said I did not want to pay for internet & was told verbatim” not my problem” by front desk clerk Ahman? The food was poor & crappy weak drinks way over priced. The waitstaff were excellent though 😀the massage guy is a creeper wanting to stay inside room while you undressed! Not! He will sell you package of 2 sessions for a discount promising to throw in a facial & extra time but he does not honor. Instead of facial, he gave face masssge & included in the hour masssge time. Sphinx if Egypt was the tour operators & very kindly made up my missing Luxor due to boat’s fault for not updating me on the amended time, by giving me a private tour with Heba later that day. A wonderful company & she’s a great tour guide!there are many boats to choose from, just don’t choose this one!

We had a wonderful time on the cruise. The guides we had were knowledgeable and helpful. The food was good. Our guide went out of her way to help us get covid testing on the day before we left for home!

Pros:
You get to visit a lot of places in a short amount of time. The itinerary also covers the majority of the "important" attractions.
Cons:
The cruise ship was definitely not a "five star" by any stretch of an imagination. No free wi-fi or water. Bathroom did not have a vent (really gross). Also got food poisoning.
All the entrance fees for the attractions adds up significantly over time.
Our tour guide tried to charge me a "boat fee" for the visit to the Philae despite it being covered under the tour. Had to argue and show her the fine prints. Be very wary of what is included and what is not.

La experiencia del crucero fue buena aunque con el tour operador en concreto no tanto (Best of Egypt Tours). Tuvimos diferentes problemas, las visitas guiadas no eran en español tal y como lo solicitamos, no nos llevaron al templo de Horus como estaba programado y el último día pretendían que visitáramos todo Luxor en vez de hacerlo en dos días como estaba programado. Después de quejarnos muy insistentemente, ya que de buenas a primeras no nos hicieron caso y nos tuvimos que poner serios, nos ofrecieron algunas soluciones. El último día nos pusieron a una guía fantástica, Nagwan. Si tenéis oportunidad pedir por ella.

The Viator team put together a fantastic tour! They were beyond accommodating when it came to transportation and making my trip a success. I could not be more grateful for Star, Mido, Mahmoud, and their team. Each day was an adventure! Guides, Mona, Ahmed, and Mohammed shared great information and excited to teach about Egyptian history. There were so many great things happening, there was no time to be bored. The food was great and there were plenty of options at each meal. This trip was great for solo travelers but also completely suitable for families and large groups.

First of all. Ahmed Abass made the trip so much better than it ever could be. Felt like traveling with a friend than a tour guide. And went above and beyond his job description to help us.
The cruise was great. Takes u right to the sights. No trying to find a ride or where u r going. The boat was nice and the views were gorgeous. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Room window opens wide for fresh air views. Top deck had great panoramic view.
They had liquor which is big plus. Some places we been in Egypt only had virgin drinks.

We went on the Nile cruise as part of our egyptian vacation experience with the Family.
The Cabin: was nice and clean- very nice view of the nile river.
The Food: Tasty and very good- plenty of options- Although It would be better if water was free at Diner.
The ship was nice, the staff was very nice and Our tour guide Ahmed Abass was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained during our excursions. He was very welcoming and made us feel more like friends instead of customers. Ahmed went out of his way to make sure our needs where taken care of. I sure hope everyone else in the near future experieces this kind of hospitality.
