The trip was extremely well organized. The guides were excellent, knowledgeable, courteous and the vehicles were clean and outstanding drivers. We strongly recommend Cleopatra Tours to anyone planning a visit to Egypt.

We contacted Nile Cruisers since three month to book a Nile cruise 5 stars which based on specific photos and information about the Lafayan Nile cruise, However, upon arrival,
we were informed that the cruise ship had been changed to another Klios without prior notice.
The replacement boat was much lower in quality and amenities, and did not match what was promised.
The food was below standard, and there were limited options.
We are very disappointed with this unexpected change, and we believe that the tour company Nile Cruisers was not transparent in its dealings. I would not recommend this company to any one, we have asked for refund and no hear us from the company.

We had the pleasure of having Sherif as our guide during our Nile Cruise, and he was truly exceptional. He was well-informed, professional, and always ready to help. Beyond providing great insights into Egypt’s history, he went above and beyond to assist us with personal matters—like getting medicine when my brother fell sick. He also kept in touch throughout our trip and even helped us solve an issue with the cruise when our flight back ta Cairo was delayed by 8 hours.
While the service overall was very good, our only complaint was the cruise itself. It was advertised as 5 stars, but in our experience, it felt more like 3 stars, especially when it came to the food and room quality, particularly the bathroom.
That being said, having Sherif as our guide made a huge difference, and we highly recommend him!

Nile Cruisers provided super professional services. They were very responsive and effective in accommodating all our preferences. Electronic correspondence with Nile Cruisers was straight and simple. They always provided accurate and clear information, no tricks. Car transportation was excellent and our guide was the personnification of hospitality. We had a great time and this was in part due to Nile Cruisers. Highly recommended!

Incredible treasures in a spectacular setting! From Abu Simbel to Karnak and from Philae to the Valley of kings, the Nile cruise was a lifetime experience. The boat “Movenpick Sunray” was fantastic. The food quality, the onboard service and the cabins were all of the highest standards. Friendly and smiling crew, unforgettable views from the sun deck, lovely and reasonably-sized restaurant and lounge bars, everything and everyone contributed to a unique travel. If only we could stay for a few more days!
Our guide Mohamed Elcady proved the best company we could possibly hope for during our visit. He accompanied us from start to end with top quality personalized service, always pleasant and accommodating. Fully recommended for his excellent knowledge of all the different sites, his availability and his kindness.

My brother and I booked with Nile Cruisers to get a chance to see all the major sightseeing locations along the Nile. The initial contact was all through email, which I found a bit unusual, but it all worked out in the end. Generally I do believe some improvements can be made when it comes to the communication and confirmation that one gets from their back office.
We got lucky with the room on the boat that we were assigned to. We were on the MS Lady Carol, a decent ship that has seen better days but was absolutely sufficient for what we were looking for. The beds were clean and comfy! Be aware that the walls are thin, despite being covered in excessive layers of paint, and that some areas or corners could have been cleaner. Nevertheless a thumbs up for the ship itself. The food was rather good and the personell friendly.
Since we were there for the sightseeing, most importantly, we got very lucky with the tour guide that picked us up in Luxor: Ahmed Elsamman. During our 4 days with him as a guide it feels like we’ve gained a friend. I hope he enjoyed our company as much as we did his and we truly appreciate all his efforts in making this a fun and educational experience for us. Ahmed’s knowledge and obvious passion for ancient Egypt was infectious and we’re lucky to have had him as our guide. Even after the 4 days on the ship, after we had said goodbye to him in Aswan, he checked in once again to see how we were doing in other parts of Egypt. Overall an absolutele recommendation to take in the sights with Ahmed!

The service was v good, as was the food and staff. However the cruise ship arrived almost the last one at destinations with less time for the excursions at the historical sites. The tour guide Ahmed Elsamman was v good, with good knowledge on the temples etc plus is a nice and cordial person. Overall A great experience

The service is impeccable with this company. Friendly staff, well organized, clean vehicles, excellent cruises Luxor to Aswan then Aswan to Abu Simbel.

This was a great trip overall. One thing I learned about Nile cruises is that, apparently, you have to go through a tour agency to book a cruise - seemed very difficult to find a boat and then book with that particular boat. Nonetheless, I found the Nile Cruisers tour agency and booked through them based on other reviews. They did a great job organizing the trip - great communication, and they fairly described the trip and accommodations. The cruise boat itself was quite nice (the Movenpick Hammees) - nice, clean boat with friendly, competent and efficient staff.
I would recommend and would use them again.
