Excellent Last Minute Service from Cupid Company

We booked the transport super last minute and Khaled from Cupid Company was incredibly helpful in organizing a ride for us. When we arrived, the driver was already waiting for us with our name on a sign, making it easy for us to find our ride. The car was very clean and the driver was friendly and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Cupid Company for their excellent service.

Wow!

We were picked up from our hotel and taken across the Nile to a waiting mini bus. We were then taken to a drop off point to wait for the balloon to be inflated. It was all so professional and safe. Our pilot was brilliant, explained everything and we felt so safe. The ride was magical, we saw the sunrise over the Nile and and rise to 2000ft, sometimes dipping down and skimming the top of crops! We floated over Queen Hatshepsut's temple, what a view! Such an incredible experience. When it finished we were taken back to the boat and dropped off at our hotel ( Winter Palace) for breakfast. After breakfast we were then taken by mini bus to the Valley of the Kings accompanied by our fabulous guide Ahmed Abass. He started explaining all the history and showing photos in the mini bus but accompanied us all around Queen Hatshepsut's temple, describing everything and bringing the history to life, with such an in depth knowledge, nothing like you can read on the Internet! We then drove to the Valley of the Kings where he continued to impress us with his knowledge and we visited three tombs. His English is superb and he was a great host. We had time for refreshments in a bedouin style cafe in the Valley of the Kings before being dropped off at our hotel. All the time - before,during and after the tour - we were updated and contacted via What's app. It was very professional and we can't recommend the company, Star Balloons and our guide Ahmed for the tour, enough. All 5*

Experience a phenomenal tour with great people

This was an amazing experience. Everything was as described and our guide Ahmed really gave us a fascinating and detailed narrative of the sites visited. The hot air balloon ride was breathtaking. I will remember this tour for the rest of my life.

Great Experience A++

I would highly recommend this tour and the tour guide Hamet. He was spot on with everything and took his time to make sure I understood. He went into detail on all the temples we visited. He ensured I got to our destination on time with a little to spare. The hot air balloons was an amazing experience and i highly recommend it. The sunrise was the best. Sailing down the Nile river was amazing too and eating all the local food. If you can do any tour; do this one and request Hamet if possible. You won’t be disappointed! A++ and 5 stars!!!!

The tour was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. Was an early start with the balloon. Everyone was very friendly and well informed. I especially enjoyed the stone workshop which was interactive, though make sure you haggle if there’s something you want to buy. Got to see everything and as we were early it wasn’t too busy with other tours. Hatem was a great guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Hot Air Balloon,Valley of the kings,Hatshepsut temple in Luxor

Amazing day out exploring the west Bank. The hot air balloon was one of the best experiences ever! it was surreal. Hatem was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, he knew the answers to all the questions. He also took so many pictures for us we though he is a photographer! amazing day out and would recommend to all! keep up the job guys.

Great Double Feature

Amazing experience. Both experiences are a must see while in Luxor. If you are up for waking up early and see the sunrise over the Nile in a hot air balloon, this is for you. If you are up for the world famous Valley of the Kings with a knowledgeable guide, then this is also for you!

Absolutely wonderful experience

This was an absolutely mesmerising experience for us. The day started early for the hot air balloon ride which was an out of the world experience for us. It was great to see Luxor’s West Bank from the air and our flight was also a very smooth one. I had heard about horrible landings but ours was as smooth as it could be, thanks to our captain Mohammed.
Then we had the visit to the Valley of the Kings and the Hatshepsut temple. Our guide Mona for this part of the tour was the best we had in our whole Egypt trip. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so wonderfully well. Thanks to her planning we managed to avoid the crowds at both the places which are otherwise very popular. In the Valley of the Kings she suggested the best tombs to us and her choice was brilliant. We were so happy with her and really can’t recommend her enough. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing experience in Luxor

This was a once and a lifetime experience! I surprised my boyfriend with this package and I was very surprised on how well we were taken care of.

They picked us up right on time at 5:15 am from the Hilton, we then traveled to the Nile to get on smaller boats to cross to the west side of the Nile. When we arrived there were more vans awaiting us to drive us to the hot air balloon field. This experience was phenomenal!! I highly recommend.

After the hot air balloon we were blessed with an amazing guide.. Hatim. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history in luxor. We first visited the valley of the kings where Hatim took his time going into details of the history of this interesting valley. We followed this first stop with a shop where they make plaques out of limestone or pieces out of alabaster... if you want to buy something make sure you bargain with them!!!

We then went to queen Hatshepsut temple which was absolutely stunning. Hatim went above and beyond pointing out the detailed inscriptions to us.

I would highly recommend this tour and this guide, he will share so much of the history with you!
