Would like to thank Mirna for all her co-ordination for the balloon ride. we had a group of 21 and we managed to get the first flight with her help always a message away to keep us informed and clear all our doubts and concerns.

Super expériences avec l’équipe de Cheba tour,tous était super de la prise en charge à l’hôtel jusqu’au vol sublime au dessus de la vallée des rois et du temple d’hatchepsout!

Pasaron por nosotros a la hora señalada, pero demoro en despegar el globo porque al parecer no había viento. Lo malo, es que nadie explico que era por esto. el vuelo fue bueno, el globo es estable, pero lo malo es que aún el globo no aterrizaba, y ya el capitán del globo estaba pidiendo propinas para los trabajadores, y esperan que todos entreguen algo de dinero casi que por obligación. Todopoderoso a vez que te llevan al lugar de despegue, todo se siente muy improvisado, y nadie te explica nada de que está pasando

Mirna was our tour guy for this activity and he was great . Such a breathtaking experience. Highly recommended, so worth waking up for the experience mirna was on time and always taking care of us. He def pick the best spot for us!

Unfortunately this company really take people for fools, they came to pick us from our hotel, the moment we reached the river bank there was a guy with a huge camera waiting for us and he started taking videos of the group without even asking for our permission, he clearly saw that we were uncomfortable but he chose to ignore and continue filming us until we spoke up asking him to stop putting the camera on out faces.
The story continued when we reached the balloon site, with another guy with a camera taking photos and videos without permission.
The snacks they are talking about were a cheap small biscuit and a tea bag in luke warm water. All that aside, the actual balloon ride is a huge disappointment, it lasted 20min and was flying very law while we could see other balloons from other companies going high in the sky, we stayed hanging extremely low before the "pilote" decided that it's time to land when we expressed our dissatisfaction he started giving us some stories that we can't go higher than that, once we landed the team was waiting for us with a tip box and pressured everyone to give a tip while we were still inside the basket. The whole experience was not worth it, and I feel that theses people took advantage from us in all possible ways.

ho prenotato 3 biglietti per ul tour in mongolfiera su booking. La sera prima mi contattano via that's up dicendomi che il tour per motivi di sicurezza e vento non si potrà fare e che devo cancellare la prenotazione chiedendo il rimborso e che loro l'avrebbero accettato. Sto ancor aspettando adessoil rimborso di 127 USD.

A truly magical experience! This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Egypt! Mirna was amazing and helped book my trip for me! She was able to communicate with me through what’s app. The entire staff, crew and captain were very professional and made us feel safe. An unforgettable experience snd must do.

Mirna is very professional and friendly, and She did the contacts and updates by what’s app and always was with a good careful with me and my wife. So, all arrangements that were agreed were provided very well and the Ballon trip was an amazing experience. Thank you so much for your great job!

I know the balloon ride depends on wind conditions.
I would like to know if the voucher will be valid for the following day if the flight cannot be made.
If so, will there be additional costs?
If the flight cannot be carried out, how does the refund of the amount paid work?

We did the Hot Air balloon Ride in May. The wind conditions slightly delayed our flight, BUT they explained (as we waited) that if we couldn't do he flight that day, we could do the flight the next day (or an alternative day) at no extra cost. If we could not do the flight any other day, we would get a full refund, via our original payment.
We were able to do the ride, so I'm not sure the process of the refund.
