Foi tudo certo! Assim que compramos já entraram em contato no whatsapp e marcaram o horário de buscar, compramos no dia anterior de noite já. Logo depois mudaram para um pouco mais tarde, sem problemas, pois compramos para depois do nascer do sol. Buscaram exatamente no horário combinado e nos deixaram em outro local que pedimos na volta. O passeio em si não achei espetacular não, mas após o nascer do sol foi bem mais barato, aí vale pela experiência.

Amazing views,which came as a result of an extremely hard working team who did their best to make everything happen.
Many balloons they've just gone up without waiting for the fog to disappear,but ours waited in order to have perfect weather conditions as shown in my photos. The basket was extremely comfortable and the captain's manoeuvres allowed us to take pictures from every angle possible .
Don't forget to tip at the end ,as it won't change your lifestyle, but all together we can change theirs,as they definitely deserve it.

The organization of the trip is amazing, no waiting for nothing, everyone is super nice, the experience by itself is fantastic, but that is obvious. Starting and landing extra smooth.
As we ware a family of four we choose the cheaper second trip, but imagine they made us upgrade without any extra cost for sunrise trip and it was just so beautiful - the colors. We felt so lucky, thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰. Great team, I hope to be back, and I definitely I will choose them again!

We are a family of four. We booked the balloon trip as a surprise for our teenage children. Nobody was disappointed. The pilot was utterly charming friendly and professional. He pointed different places of interest out. He also told us all to get our cameras ready on video and made his balloon do a 360 turn. There were roughly twenty people in our basket with possibly ten different nationalities. We strongly recommend this trip. We live in France and could not afford to go up in a balloon so to experience it all together in Hurghada was truly wonderful.

Great flying experience with great views but it's the only thing that goes!
-Flight of 20 minutes instead of 45 minutes announced!!
No explanation from the pilot when we are promised a story in English!
- No coffee/tea/cake or other breakfast!!
In short the experience is great but go through another agency!!

This was such an amazing experience. We loved every bit of it. Our tour guide met us at our hotel in the morning with some breakfast and light snacks, then we took a private boat straight to the car and took a private car to the balloons. I highly recommend working with this company because everything was nice and seamless. Plus the balloons in the sky was the best part and it was just an amazing experience that I recommend everyone doing. Thank you so much for this wonderful adventure. We will be back

Unbelievable experience and adventure. From the boat ride, to the private car ride and breathtaking views from the hot air balloon...it was such a smooth and seamless process.
Marawan, our tour guide was very nice, informative, and patient. Couldn't have asked for a better tour guide.

amazing experience..loved it ! Took the sun rise ride, everything was excellent. the crew were prompt at pick up and very helpful and courteous through out experience.

Excellent guide and service! Lovely pick up from the hotel in a boat,
Nice 360 degrees tour in the ballon, the pilot ( and his sweater with gallons ;) was very reassuring too!
