A Nile cruise is something everyone should do al least once in his lifetime. The boat is very comfortable and the staff is there for you whenever you need them. The food is very good with a variety of European en Egyptian meals. While relaxing on the boat you can enjoy the landscape that is floating by. The temples are worth visiting. Espacially with a guide whose historical knowledge is impressive and who makes time for all your questions

Wir hatten sehr schöne 5 Tage/4 Nächte verbracht. Meine Eltern 67 und 59 und ich haben bei Herrn Noubi reserviert und durften auf die "La Terrasse" unsere Zeit verbringen.
Die Abholung am Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert. (Bemerkung: Stellen Sie sich auf zahlreiche Sicherheitskontrollen auf den Straßen ein, dies gehört zum sehr sicheren Tourismus in Ägypten, die Beamten sind sehr freundlich und reden normalerweise nur mit dem Fahrer).
Herr Noubi hat uns freundlicherweise persönlich am Bord empfangen und dort eine kurze Einführung gegeben. Unser Guide, Sabah, war sehr kompetent, beherrschte die Englische Sprache sehr gut und konnte bei unseren (sehr vielen) Fragen immer fundierte Erkenntnisse liefern! Danke Sabah, du hast unsere Reise sehr schön gemacht.
Die Bord-Crew war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sie haben immer die Kabine aufgeräumt und uns schöne Formen mit den Decken gemacht, hat uns sehr gefreut :)
Die Fahrer waren auch sehr nett, fuhren auch wie auf den ägyptischen Straßen gefahren wird (ein bisschen schneller, ein bisschen aggressiver, und damit ein bisschen gefährlicher), haben aber auf unsere Bitte die Fahrweise angepasst... hier auch kein Problem
Zur Reise:
Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, die Reise vom norden (Luxor) in den Süden (Aswan) zu planen. Es schadet nicht wenn man einen weiteren Tag in Luxor und einen in Aswan verbringt. Was aus meiner Sicht (unter den optionalen Leistungen) ein Must-See ist, ist Abu-Simbel zu besuchen. The Noubian Village ist auch schön, aber schöner ist die Floukka Fahrt dorthin.
Ich würde die hier angebotene Reise auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Our guide was Mac, he was fanatic! He truly cared about everyone in our group and treated us like we were part of his family. Mac would tell us what to do as tourist in Egypt and making sure we were safe and always having fun. The tours that we took to the Egypt Museum were fantastic, in addition to the boat tour and all the excursions he took us too on our journey from Luxor to Aswan and back, as he is a well educated Egyptologist. In general, the Truly Egypt staff cares about you. They want to make sure you have the best time possible. Thanks Mac and everyone else at Truly Egypt tours for everything!

Hi there, i would like to know what time on day 5 the tour ends and what options we have after the tour to get back to Cairo, i see that the flights from Aswan to Cairo is every morning at 10 am only. As abu simbel temples is an optional tour, can you arrange for us to do the High dam,old dam and unfinished obelisk on day 4th so we can take the flight back on 5th morning to Cairo. We are a total of 7 people. Thanks
