My guide Mansour was excellent and is a seasoned guide who spoke without notes. We enjoyed his sense of humor, punctuality and eagerness to assist. I highly recommend Mansour for this tour - 5-star Egyptologist guide.

I had a great experience in luxur, Hany Refaat was our tour guide, very focused in explaining every detail about all Egyptian times, about the temples and the Nile to Aswan, very talented with a lot knowledge, he give us time take photos I recommend him to anyone who goes to luxsur and Aswan.

Hany was an incredibly knowledgeable guide with strategies to help us into the various sites efficiently. He knew when and where to give us information and knowledge, and then gave us time to explore on our own. I highly recommend Hany.

Had an absolutely stellar time. Our guide was the very knowledgeable and affable Hany Refaat, who is one of the best. Knows his way around and the sites of interest phenomenally well. Patient and answers all questions and indeed enriched us in knowledge, history and culture much more than the usual guided tours. Can recommend without reservation. One of our best vacations in a long time, great cruise on the Sonesta Sun Goddess. Great food , courteous and helpful staff on the boat. absolutely all was petfect. Couldnt wish for anything better

We joined Memphis Tours for our tour of Egypt. The tour of the East and West Bank of the Nile included the Karnak and Luxor temples, the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut's funerary temple, and Memnon Colossi. We also joined Memphis Tours for our tour of Aswan, including Abu Simbel and the High Dam.
The tour was great - comfortable and spacious aircon vehicles, safe drivers, bottled water, etc. And the second best part (the best is actually seeing all these ancient sites), was our Egyptologist - Hany. He has so much of information to share and he literally was a "CTRL+F" - you could ask him anything and he would pull it out of his memory database.
We gained so much background knowledge, and could understand the history behind each ancient site because of him! His passion at being an Egyptologist shines through and you can tell that he really enjoys what he does! Highly recommended.

My husband and I were delighted to have Hamy as our tour guide. He is highly knowledgeable, we felt many times like we were back in University. Full of knowledge, very passionate about his subject matter, and able to read hieroglyphics!?! And write them?!?! Amazing experience, highly recommend this exceptional tour and especially this guide. Thanks again Hamy for taking care of us, and thanks so much for those extra touches.

Cairo and Luxor great place to visit,Aswan was okey. Tour was private, had opportunity to meet great people, both egypologis Ramy and Hany were great, very nolagibl and friendly.

My wife and I took Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor organized by Memphis Tours. We had an excellent experience visiting all of the key sites including Philae, Kom Ombo, Edfu Temple, Valley of the Kings, Karnak and Luxor Temple among other amazing sites. We had an excellent guide, Hany Refaat, an Egyptologist who has an incredible amount of knowledge about the history of this region and the country as a whole. I strongly suggest getting a really good guide who can help provide context and background to everything you see. Hany added a lot of value to our visit. All in all, we would strongly recommend visiting "Upper" Egypt and were very happy we chose Memphis Tours to organize everything.

Our guide, Hany, was an exceptional expert on the tombs, their significance in the time of the Kings and the meanings of the scriptures/art work.
Hany always shared “the most important” facts of where we were visiting!
It was a memorable trip thanks to where we went and Hany’s interest in providing us w detailed information.

We enjoyed 10 days in Egypt highlighted by 7 in and around Luxor and Aswan. The organization provided by Memphis and Majestic World was on point with all details handled and a small group travelers well cared for and meeting all expectations.
What I never anticipated was a guide as knowledgeable and passionate as Hany Refaat, Egyptologist who was out guide for 7 days. Hany is amazing, really over the top with enthusiasm and extreme detail regarding each and every site throughout upper Egypt including a cruise from Aswan to Luxor with points in between. Hany took the time on our cruise to expand on our tours and fill in the blanks for a few of us.
If thinking about Touring Egypt and interested in the history and archeology of this area this an amazing choice and you will not be disappointed. Most importantly, insist on Hany!
