Good experience.
There is a small lack of communication, which can be embarrassing.
For our part, we had no luck on several activities, we were not able to enjoy to the fullest. However without a hitch, I think the experience is superb

The boat exceeded my expectations. The food on board was excellent. The guide in Luxor did not speak English, so there was no point having her. It would have Ben better to have made our own way to the sites. The guide on board was not clear on when the boat would be stopping and for how long, resulting i

It was a fast cruise.
The first day sightseeing at your expense and the hot air balloon which was an extraordinary experience a beautiful baptism for us and the children.
Attention you will pass in the third come in e it is indicated at 4:30 for the sunrise.
And unfortunately no French guide.
The second day rests although we were asked to visit kom ombo and Edfu but we wanted to rest.
Last day visit the Abu Simbel site 1/2 day and then we drop you where you want.
Thanks to Merna for the follow-up on these three days

The language of the guide was selected as English. We were greeted by a local woman who could barely speak simple English. I didn't think so, but she was the "English-speaking" "scholar's guide" to the tour. But she speaks very little English, so the guide just points to her finger and says, "That's it (repeated over and over again)." "The details are written on the panel." What's more, I was fast and staring, and I went forward without thinking about our speed. I thought this tour company was a lot stingier with guide fees. The boat cruise was pleasant. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the facilities were impeccable. I felt safe on the ship. The buffet meals were also tasteful and I never got tired of them. Thank you for the hard work of the cooks. On the third day, we were getting up early to prepare for the visit to the Alhambra, which was supposed to leave at 4:00 AM, when the coordinator of this suspicious tour said, "You said we met at 3:30 AM yesterday, right? We're all here already. I'm leaving right now!" "Oh, my God!" he said, calling the room at around 3:40 a.m. I was getting ready quickly, and about five minutes later I said, "I'm leaving, bye-bye!" Call with. The tour left without me. I was dumbfounded and angry. Well, the company is also called "cheap tours." The guides and coordinators lived up to the name. But it was nice to have one person on the tour (other companies seemed to start with two people).

CHEAP TOURS
1. we are informed 4 days before departure that there is no French speaking guide.
2. No details on the organization I had to exchange several times to have a 1 hour time range and finally a fixed appointment
3. It is indicated pick up and return to the same place it is false.departure Luxor return Aswan.
4. Program of visits non-existent I had to inquire near the reception of the boat.
Other travelers appreciated conclusion this tour operator does not have the ability to handle
I had to spend a lot of time communicating instead of enjoying the holidays.
At the end of the stay we show you how to comment, there taking your hand to scan TripAdvisor and asking you to put the maximum rating (I find it indecent) .

This is a cruise that I recommend to all! I had the chance to travel on the beautiful boat Nile marquise! A nice cruise.
Services, equipment, onboard staff, food, everything was perfect!
Milad our first guide was very nice despite the language barrier. The only weakness of this stay is the speed of the visits because you have to respect a timing. But this detail is understandable and does not prevent us from appreciating the beauty of the sites.
Another weakness is that of the balloon ride at sunrise. Unfortunately, we could not see the sunrise, our shuttle was stuck on the road because the police had closed it for long minutes. So we saw the sunrise in the city. But the ride aboard the hot air balloon was still extraordinary!
Throughout the stay, Mirna ensures to answer our questions and follows the smooth progress of our stay

1st cruise experience, 2 nights perfect for us. This allowed us to rest after several days of mop! La Montgolfiere, magic moment!
The staff were friendly, the food, everything was perfect!

Interesting trip!
Regarding the itinerary, it is unclear where the cruise ends. In the description it says it's going to end at the train station/airport of Aswan but in the departure and return section it says the route will end at the meeting point which I assume it’s Luxor, right?
Can someone please explain?
