There are not enough words of how amazing this package was. Tamer and Ahmed were beyond outstanding. They went far and beyond to make our trip a memorable one. They truly deserve 10+ stars. I highly recommend this tour and definitely would recommend using them.

Probably one the best experiences my wife and I have ever had. Our tour company was in contact with us via WhatsApp from the very beginning to confirm our details and our pick up time in the morning. We were picked up at 4am promptly as detailed and made our way to our boat on the Nile where we were offered Coffee to start our early journey over to the West Bank then on our tour bus to the Ballon park where we met our fellow Tourists.
We met our Pilot and was given a thorough safety briefing and after a short while we were airborne with a gorgeous Sunrise and a beautiful view of Luxor and the Valley of the Kings. Beautiful and serene is an understatement. Our Pilot made sure to point out all the various highlights along the way. Afterwards after our soft landing we met our absolutely wonderful guide Hatem. I cannot stress enough how comfortable and welcomed he made us feel and even more importantly how knowledgeable he was when it came to our tour of the Valley of the King's, Queen Hatshepsut's Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. We felt like we had our own personal guide that would answer any and all questions and knew everything there was to know about the History in the area. This tour hit all of the highlights in Luxor and we would book this tour again ourselves and highly recommend it.

Excellent experience on the hot air balloon flying over the West Bank! The company was very communicative, contacting me on Whatsapp before the tour to make sure I knew who to contact. They were also very efficient and made sure we weren’t sitting around and waiting in the morning. The minute we got to the balloon takeoff spot, we hopped in and took off! The West Bank private tour was great too — I had an excellent guide, Shaimaa, who spoke good English and was fun, engaging and knowledgeable. As a solo female traveler, I really enjoyed having a lady as a guide, especially such a fun one. The whole package was great value for money.

Amazing experience in Luxor including a wonderful view of the sunrise from a balloon and an incredible visit to the most important temples in the world. Do not forget to contact Shaimaa Baheeg, the best guide in town. Always kind and full of explanations. She will take incredible pictures of you for an unforgettable tour.
