The experience was amazing, the whole team were professional and kind, the ride itself was one of the best experience in my life ,price is fair and service is professional, highly recommend

Where to start? Well, we never even got to experience anything. The tour Operator simply did not show up! We were supposed to be picked up at 4 am from our hotel lobby and we were there waiting until we decided to look up the company’s phone number on google, since we did not have any other info on Viator other than the Company’s name, Dandy Tours. Upon calling them the first time, we were told that must likely we were not picked up yet because of weather conditions and that the airport was responsible for telling them if they could fly or not. Well, we waited until past 5am and decided to call again, and we were told the tour had been canceled. No other information as to weather we would get our money back or have the tour rescheduled. We watched other guests at our hotel ( Sonesta St. George Hotel) going on their respective tours and some were going on hot air balloons, too! We thought that maybe they would be sent back but to our surprise upon looking from our hotel window later on this morning, the skyline was filled with balloons!!! We had just been scammed in Egypt! We had heard of stories but we never thought a company making business through Viator and Tripadvisor would be a scam. Needless to say, we are losing an entire perfect day inside our hotel room and have not received any response from the tour operator. They no longer answer calls or my messages through the app. They simply vanished with our money and I’m hoping Viator is able to make things right by refunding us. We have booked a different tour for tomorrow and hope it happens this time!

We booked a tour with pick up time at 4am and nobody ever showed up. We tried to get in touch with Dandy Tours unsuccessfully and all the experience was a waste of time and money
