Life memory ride, Sunrise is breathtaking in the sky with the ancient sites looking, You can't imagine how beautiful is valley of the kings, Hatshebsut temple from the sky It was just incredible also with the explanation of the pilot who helped the our whole group to know what are the sites that we were passing by with some brief info. I can only recommend it!

Incredible enjoyment, everything was so smooth from pick up to drop off after the end of the flight. Captain Ahmed was funny, telling jokes and made the atmosphere of the tour at the top. All in all was 10 out 10!!!!!

Super nice experience with Pilot Ahmed, he was funny, attentive and gave us a great flight which was about 50 Minutes + 8 minutes for landing so 58 Minutes in total, Ahmed also gave some explanation about the old ancient sites. Would do it again for sure

The tour was excellent, safe and worth the paid amount! The pilot Mohammed was excellent, he provided a clear explanation about the temples and worked hard to land safely & easily. Ground crew were funny, we had a fun moments after landing. Overall it was very nice

Brilliant sunrise, strong views and excellent fun, the start time was a bit early but it makes sense as you need to wait for other people too at the other places as it's shared tour so it's mainly depend on where our hotel as, pick up was on time by a clean vehicle . The hot air balloon ground staff were kind men that were helping in preparing the baloon, then finally, it comes the moment that all people were waiting for The sunrise view, the words can't express how beautiful the view was especially with the historical places view such as valley of the kings, Ramessum temple and etc. It was really a unique experience and cheap at the same time! I recommend trying it!

we had an absolute fantastic time!! from picking up on time from the hotel, taking off, temples view and also the landing was too fun. The highlight was sunrise and valley of the kings view. Amazing hospitality and a huge thank you to our Pilot Ali for smooth and safe flight. Thank you for amazing experience.

We contacted the travel agent Elaria from Nice Tours and were organized a perfect balloon flight above the West Bank of Luxor. All was amazing and perfectly organized. Highly recommended.

My friends and I would give negative 10 if we could to Nice Tours' alleged "45-Minute Amazing Sunrise Hot Air Balloon". We woke up today (10/9/22) to be picked up at 3:15am (the only balloon company requiring such an early pick up; most companies pick up between 4-4:30am) and waited at our hotel. They only once responded to 3 of my What'sApp messages about pick up time, saying at 4:01am "I'll check it for you and contact you soon". Then I finally received a message from Viator the same morning about how Nice Tours cancelled our booking "due to the bad weather and this is a general condition for all companies (by civil aviation)". Yes, we were warned about possible cancellations due to bad weather. However, the weather was clear and cloudless, and I counted 25-27 hot air balloons up before/at sunrise this very same morning. So, Nice Tours not only LIED to us about their flimsy excuse to cancel our booking, but they LIED to Viator as well. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They are unprofessional, unresponsive and lack any customer service after you pay. They ruined our entire morning.

This excursion was amazing The tour is well-organized and a must-do on any Luxor vacation. We were punctually picked up from our hotel. Our pilot, Mostafa, was an excellent pilot whom I highly recommend. He looked after us during the flight and gave us information on the sights we saw!!
