Stephen was my tour guide on this fantastic excursion visiting the Giraffe Centre and Baby Elephant & Rhino Orphange.
His knowledge and humour is great, as was his ability to administer an 'African Massage' as he drove (don't be too concerned, it's by no means a hands-on experience).
Highly recommend this tour.

Was flying in from Brussels to Nairobi when our flight got cancelled due to a strike at the Nairobi airport. Upon our notification of the cancellation we immediately contacted the tour operator notifying them that we could not make the tour which was the following morning because Brussels Airline felt it was a safety concern flying into a volatile situation in Nairobi and the situation was out of control. We were told our $263 payment was non refundable but to book when we got a flight to Nairobi. When we finally made it to Nairobi and reached out asking to reschedule the tour they said we would have to pay ANOTHER $263 to reserve a spot. Terrible customer service, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

The elephant orphanage itself is a great cause and i didn't mind paying a very high fee to visit since it is a good cause. What is upsetting is that you can't even go with the tour you buy! You have to buy a separate access fee to the park, which is $45 US dollars. Once again, a good cause, but it feels dishonest to pay over $100 and then be told that you need to pay 50% more. Just charge the full price from the start...

A must do. Its not only fun to see the wee orphans but the rhino is also the star of the show.
Its very informative as well, the (1) hour overview as to why each elephant and rhino is an orphan is very interesting.
I would go again in a heart beat.

This tour was really great, and well worth getting up early for. Our guide Steven got us there promptly to avoid all the crowds and queues. He even told us where to stand to get the best pictures. Highly recomended.

Stephen was an amazing tour guide. He gave lots of information to my group about Kenyan culture for us being first time tourists. We thoroughly enjoyed our tours and our tour with him was the highlight of our time in Kenya.

Amazing experience on our first day in Nairobi! Everything and more than the tour promised, we loved every minute of it. Our tour guide and driver Stephen was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions, and went above and beyond to make our day a memorable experience. Thank you 🙏

July,2018 @10.30am and should be ready for travel to the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Centre by 1pm. Would it be possible to visit the centres I understand that the pick up time for the Tour from our hotel is @8am.
