Sincerely speaking Sir we gave you all the option regarding the safari and type of accommodation that you would expect as it was budget before you started the safari, and we also gave you the luxury option which you said it was expensive. So you had already accepted the budget option and we were really astonished when you arrived in Tanzania and caused a scene that it was not exactly what you were expecting. Please next time just chose the options wisely and there will be no problems. We do appreciate the business you gave us and also the review.
