Very informative and helpful guide. There was an extra guide called in just for the museum part -- very good. Why not 5 stars? I thought the historical information could have been more comprehensive. I found myself asking about dates and decades quite a lot. An overview of the tour presented at the start would have been helpful because I wasn't sure where bathroom breaks or stops to drink would be. Overall, I recommend this tour.

Moses was a great guide and taught us so much about Nairobi, from a well informed historical narrative to the modern day. The trip via the market, and through the town was vibrant and interesting. A great time, and one that we highly recommend!

The City of Nairobi is amazing. The tour guide took us back into history and then back to the present. We were able to learn about many significant and historical people and buildings. We also took many pictures of the city skyline and visited the city market. Excellent and well knowledgeable tour guide. Two thumbs up

I found the tour very informative, as the various periods of history where explained in brief and described how they all linked together. It is also a great way to stroll through the city's hussle and bustle. Amazing views at the top of the tower too !!

This was an amazing tour. It was so welcoming! Obed is very homely and informative and understands his audience and whilst we were in Kenya, I learnt a lot about East Africa and the continent as a whole. You walk for 3hrs and it doesn’t even feel like it was 3hrs. He also experiences all the things you are experiencing as if it’s the first time like you. Would book him again and again…

Our guide Alex Kamau was excellent. Highly recommended before your safari tours. We visited a lot of places like museums, parks, bomas cultural presentation, masai market, kicc, and replicas of different villages. At the museums you will have a chance to hear the curations from different experts at that place. We also went for the snake exhibits. Some people were able to handle snakes and crocodile safely with the help of the animal keepers. It was so easy to book with Safari Port and they respond to your texts right away using WhatsApp . We booked the tour just the day before. It has exceeded our expectations and will recommend both the tour company and Alex. Prepare good walking shoes because you will walk alot. If you need to buy souvenirs Alex will haggle for you

Excellent in-depth tour of historic Nairobi. We visited several points of interest and monuments reflecting Nairobi’s complicated legacy. Moses humored us with small side trips (to visit inside the McMillan library, a local post office and a curio market) and provided many interesting facts along the way. He is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He told us this is one of his favorite tours and it shows. Would definitely recommend booking with him!

Moses was a wonderful guide. I ask difficult questions and he handled every one. His love for his city is palpable and contagious. It was a great first day activity to get acclimated and learn about the development of the city.
