This trip was beyond our expectations. The arrangements were handled with ease, the accommodations were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and our guide Mohammed was the best! He was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. I would highly recommend booking with Best Camping if you have an opportunity to visit Kenya.

We spent five days with Muhammad touring the Mara and Nakuru. It was better than we imagined. Within 24 hours we had seen 4 of the big 5 and by the end had seen all 5 plus so much more. Muhammad is knowledgeable, patient, funny, and kind. I highly recommend!

Imraan and his staff were helpful and considerate with all the arrangements for our large group that had travelled from India. This includes any last minute changes that sometime happens when you are a large group. We all sincerely thank you Best Camping for making our safaris in Masai Mara memorable and enjoyable.

A year later from our last trip and Imraan and his drivers have once again delivered a first rate experience. We stayed at Fig Tree camp and as usual the staff there are exceptional. All the big 5 seen and our driver was very receptive to our needs as a family.
With Best camping you have the addition of Imraan’s personal touches. He will accommodate your needs for the journey. Read up on the area before you go and Best Camping will ensure you explore lesser visited areas of the park and discover some hidden gems.

I just got back from my first ever safari - the Best Camping Tours & Safaris four and a half day trip to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. I was lucky enough to be invited along by my uncle, Akmal. My wider family have been to Kenya a lot and last year my uncle promised to take me. (I am 16 and from the US). My uncle lives in the UK and said he had his first Safari with Best Camping back in 1991 and that I we should go do the same thing again as it was so good for him. It was one of the best experiences of my life! The game drives were really exciting and I got to see the Big 5. The guide, Abdulla, was very helpful and knowledgeable - he felt like a good friend by the end of the trip! I am coming back and will be doing another adventure with Best Camping. My uncle who wants me to point out how amazing Imraan was in facilitating the trip (being super responsive and helpful in all aspects of the planning). A massive 5 star rating from both of us

We used Best Camping Tours for the first time and for our first visit to Masai Mara. We got so much more them what we expected. The attention to all our details was amazing and Imraan was always at hand to give us tips and advice. Their Driver Ben was an excellent tour guide and driver and made sure we saw all we should and gave lots of info.

Thanks to Imraan and his team, my trip was one of the most beautiful and memorable one. We did Amborsili too with them and it could not have been better. I have special food needs as I don't eat onions and garlic and Imraan made sure the the chefs in all the properties took care of my needs. Phenomenal 9 days. I will cherish the memories for ever. Definitely coming back for another one.

I have used Best Camping for over 10 years and have been delighted with the service that Imraan and his team offer. The 4x4s are very comfortable and the drivers have a huge knowledge of Kenya wildlife and the national parks. Tours are very client focussed with the main aim being….finding the game! I am not exaggerating when I say I have visited the mara with Best Camping 11 times and have seen lions and cheetah on every occasion. Our leopard sightings are increasing too, due to the excellent tutelage of the drivers. Imraan has close connections with a number of lodged and camps, our latest one last week was Tipilikwani camp, which I have also reviewed on this site.

Mara is the highlight by itself. Best Camping and Imraan are reliable and a very good value for money option. Imraan is very client focused and tried the best for us.
