The wiew is amazing.

In my opinion, this company is not reliable at all 👎
The most important things in travel is security for you but u don't have with them.
I had left my phone in the safari car and was stolen by this company's employer
I searched a lot to find it but this company's boss didn't help me even to report police.
Im sad for select this company 😔
I couldn't enjoy my trip without my phone

Dear Afsane,
We are very sorry for the bad experience that you had, However , our employee picked you from your hotel hotel at westland's and drove you to our office in the city centre where you made the payment for 3 days masai mara safari,after the payment you were escorted to the departure point to proceed with your safari.
It was at the departure point where you called the driver and requested him to check if you had left your phone at the vehicle. The driver who is our employee checked at the vehicle very well and he didn't see any phone. The driver proceeded to the departure point where you are at with the other office employee where they searched for the phone in the vehicle vigorously but didn't find it as well.The driver requested you for the phone number he dial for it and see if someone had picked it but you informed him that the phone had no sim card,hence that was difficult for him to look for it. At this point made you be left behind by the other group that you were supposed to join and our driver had again to drive you further to join you with the group that had already left you as we were both trying to help you look for your phone.
Upon arrival to where the other group was waiting for you ,you insisted again on searching the vehicle ,I had no problem with it,you searched again and you confirmed that your phone wasn't in the vehicle.
It is not true that you left your phone in our company vehicle as you allege and if for sure you had left it in the vehicle we could have found it and give it to you.
Our company boss was not able to report because he didn't have particulars of the phone and you didn't come back to the office after the safari to give out your phone details for further search.
Our company is trusted and we value our clients ,we take care of them and their belongings while on the safari .We have never had any issue of theft in our office.

The tour was spectacular! Anthony was super friendly and considerate! We even saw a cheetah kill on this tour which is quite rare to see and doubt that can happen quite often. I would definitely recommend this tour with Anthony to many others! The whole trip was really nice.

We had an excellent package by Baboon Budjet safari . Our tour guide Jackson was on point. He gave us good details about the animals and their behaviour .
Daniel or rep organised a great package and the accomdation at jambo Mara lodge was exceptional! Great value for money ! Rooms weee posh and very clean

Hello everyone! I’m strongly recommended BABOONBUDGETSAFARIES.👍👍👍 After booking the Safari the representatives of the company get started to write me immediately and always answering on the whole my questions. It was amazing experience that we have ever had in our life. We managed to see so much animals due to our guide Bonniface (Bonney). We see giraffes, leopards, Cheeta’s, buffaloes, lions, elephant and so on. Special thanks to him 👏. He met us at night in the airport. Tell a lot of interesting facts about animals. His driving skills on a high level and we hadn’t got stucked. Some drivers from another tourist company have been stucked many times. In this situation you’re waste of time to managed it. We have even a free WI-Fi. So you can stay always online. It was long way to get to the Masai Mara Park but you’ll never been disappointed. You’ll get so much energy and adrenaline. 😀😀😀

I originally booked through a different safari company but as a solo traveler, I guess they didn't want to provide the service so it appears they kind of "sold me off" to Baboon Budget Safaris. I'm so glad they did!
My driver was Anthony and we had another solo traveler like me on the safari. Anthony is a great driver, super knowledgeable, funny and was constantly making sure we were doing okay. We stayed at Miti Mingi Eco Camp. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is good, owner was friendly, bed was comfortable, pillows were nice, shower was hot, electricity worked fine, etc. He even let me borrow a towel because I forgot mine.
Both days with game drives were beyond words. We saw gazelles, giraffes, cheetahs, leopard, water buffalo, elephants, jackos, hyenas, elends, wildebeasts, warthogs, etc. But the true highlight came after Anthony worked his magic and we found a pride of lions. Shortly after we arrived, they made an attempt to kill a huge water buffalo! The hunt was unsuccessful but it was still a site I will never forget. We had a nice picnic in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Anthony knows everything about what we saw; the animals, plants, birds, etc. He could answer all our questions.
On the last day, we had a nice visit at a Maasai village. Also, such a wonderful experience.
I will return to Kenya again. This was my second time here already but it was my first safari experience. I want to come back again with my family. When I do, I will not even consider booking with another company. I will book with Baboon Budget Safaris and I will request that Anthony be our guide. I highly recommend this company who wants to have amazing memories of their time in the Maasai Mara.
