Kenya bush expedition has an office/travel desk at the lobby of the BW meridian hotel Nairobi which was the hotel we stayed. They work 24/7 which is very convenient for us. They accept various payment methods and can take cash of both ksh and US dollars. After we pay, they book the hotel for us immediately, evry thing was well organized and we just enjoyed our safari without having an inconvenience. The staffs there are always smile and patient to answer our questions. We had Geoffrey as our guide who is very skilled in driving and experienced in safari, we were very lucky that we seen the lions making baby. Hahahaha. Geoffrey is also a talkative guy with rich knowledge of wildlife, we talked a lot and some time we made some jokes together. He taught me some words in Kiswahili which is the local language of Kenya. We had a great time, and I will always remember this wonderful trip.

This tour was amazing! They called it the budget option, but we saw everything that the "luxury" options provided. We even had the entire jeep to ourselves on the first game drive.
Charles, our driver, was perfect. You can tell he has a tonne of experience, knowledge and passion for the animals. He knew exactly where to bring us and we saw everything from herds of elephants to lion cubs munching on their dinner.

The service was great and punctual. I was a little skeptical before booking with John since it was my first time in Kenya and I didn't know anyone here but John was always there to respond to any queries and concerns and offered us very good rates. He picked us up from the airport, took us around Nairobi and we went to Masai Mara the next day. He was there to pick us up from Masai Mara again after 3 days.

We booked a 3 days Masai Mara Safari (Enkorok Camp)with Kenya Bush Expedition (Group joing ) and also a 1 day private tour to Naiwasha lake , Elsamere house , Hells gate and Crescent Island.
we were totally satisfied with the services offered by the agency .
1st of all John the manager was quite helpful and answered all my questions in details in a short time .we had problem for paying the tour price in advance due to credit card limitation in our country but he accepted our situation and we could pay the tour price after arrival to Nairobi .
2nd.the planning was perfect and our driver Guide Mr Yasin was really a perfect guide and he was a real expert in wildlife and animal behaviour , he was too caring and with his help we managed to see a lot , 4/5 of big five , a lot of small cats , different Species of birds , different antelopes , ......and he gave us a lot of useful information about animals behaviour.Our accommodation in Enkorok camp was also perfect .rooms were very clean and staffs were very polite and helpful .Thank you all for making our trip an unforgettable experience .
3rd .Kenya Bush expedition arranged Pick up from our hotel in Nairobi and also dropped us to our hotel in Nairobi , which was quite useful especially because Safari started early in the morning, and I was afraid to miss the plan.
4th .due to lack of time we wanted to visit Naiwasha lake just after Masai Mara safari , and John helped us to combine both tours and our Driver guide Josef picked us up on the way to Nairobi for Naiwasha tour .planning was perfect and we managed to see a lot in one day .Josef was so helpful and experienced .we also wanted to see Elsamere house , which could be added to the plan by John .this is an amazing house and really a different experience .
Thank you all for helping us and we really look forward to meet you again .

I went for a 3 days tour in Masai Mara with Kenya Bush Expeditions in november 2022.
The tour exceeded my expetations. I saw a variety of wildlife: lions, elephants, giraffe, cheetah, serval cat......
I had the opportunity to take memorable pictures that I will keep forever.
a special thanks to John, my tour guide.
he has a great knowledge of the park and the wildlife in it.
he also has these special eyes to spot animals hidden anywhere in the savannah.
I definitely recommend this tour and hope you have John as tour guide.

The tour is so amazing. Maasai Mara must be the best place to visit. Very rich in wildlife. We were able to see many pride of lions in our first day. We saw Elephants, lions, cheetah, leopards and thousand of grazing buffaloes. The tour was budget but i upgraded to hotel room which added more comfort to my stay. Highly recommended.

Food - Not worth mentioning. Not suitable for any type of dietary requirements. Very poor attempt.
Staff - Pleasant

This trip exceeded our expectations!!! We had the best safari trip we could imagine and this was mostly due to Peter’s expertise and knowledge of the park and the animals.
We saw animals from so close by and in unexpected scenarios like the picture.
Masai Mara is a must do and I would recommend you to ask for Peter when booking. We already miss his African dance driving 😂
I would not recommend to pick Lenchada camp, it’s way below simple. Ask for their other mid range options or splurge if you can.
