Very convenient and cheap trip from Arusha to Nairobi and back. Easy to contact in case of questions and good service. Definitely recommend

Had a great experience with this company. I missed my connecting flight in Nairobi and wasn’t sure how to get to Arusha- reached out and they were able to arrange me a private shuttle leaving promptly. Driver Joseph was excellent and safe and I had a seamless and enjoyable drive to Arusha- also saw some great scenery and villages which I would have missed on a plane. Price was competitive and way cheaper than a replacement flight. Great work, thank you Marangu shuttles!

Not only the trip was smooth, the company called me a couple of times to make sure the drivers, from my hotel to the pick up point as well as the other way, didn't ask for any extra charge. It was indeed a pleasant surprise. The communication was very clear as well. I'd give them more than 5stars if I could!

Convenient ride and reliable people. The ride was smooth, no problems on the road, duration of the ride was about 6h from Nairobi to Arusha including stop at the border. Before we got in to the main bus, there was a taxi which took us to the gathering point. It was late a bit, but that didn’t change the time of departure. When the taxi driver was late I texted the company and they told me about the delay, so we were not left alone with nothing. In general contact via What’s app was quick and easy-I could almost any time get an answer. All in all highly recommended company!

We travelled with Marangu Shuttles, as a family of six, including children.
The booking experience was simple and straightforward via WhatsApp. The manager, Wilfred, provided a competitive quote and answered all our questions - there were many as this was our first time in the region.
Service, both outward and inward, was punctual, reliable, amicable and friendly. Support during the boundary crossing at Namanga border was highly appreciated.
We recommend.

Great service with clear communication via whatsapp before, during and after our trip. Pick up and drop off from shuttle to and from our hotel was great.

Service was very professional, they picked us up on the location arranged with a private taxi to bring us to the bus station. Enough space, clean and luxury. The driver missed our arrival and without doubt they provided us a private transfer to bring us to destination. Definetly I will use this company anytime I need transfer from airport to Arusha ! Thanks very much :)

The shuttle was fairly priced to Arusha however I do think the company should do a better job when reaching the border explaining the process with immigration. We had never crossed the border by land before. We were shuffled through immigration like a bunch of cattle and it was very confusing. I think the shuttle company should take the extra time to make sure when leaving one country and entering another they have the proper documentation. We did not and nobody checked our passports for entry in to Tanzania. We just walked right in. We didn’t have that sort of luck leaving. We got detained by police at a checkpoint and abandoned by the shuttle company leaving Tanzania and left by the side of the road. The police then robbed us and we had to hitchhike to the border where we were detained again. What a mess… I will not be using these shuttle services again.

The transport was really good. Wilfried organized a pick up a long the road near my hostel. I felt safe and migration was without any complications. Also when I arrived the driver was so kind to contact my hostel for a pick up and saved me from the taxi drivers.
