They don't go the extra mile. Go with another company to Masai Mara

They promise to go the extra mile for their customers but don't. Our car broke down on the way there and missed the evening safari. They promised to do a full day safari on the last day but did not. They kept the money that I paid for the park on the evening safari. After talking to them, they did agree to a free safari in Nairobi, which was good, but we had to pay the park fee, which I thought was wrong because we paid for the park fee on the evening safari, which we were not able to do. They also refused to take us back to our hotel until i called them stating that it was part of the deal. I would recommend another company when going to Masai Mara.

Dear Scott Greetings from our team, Thank you very much for raising this attention. We understand we had unfortunate break down on the way to Mara. We were delighted by your patience on that day. We tried all we can including complimentary tour in Nairobi national park. We have been your loyal partner. We promise another complimentary when you return in June for 2 people. The vehicle breakdown was not our wish, we apologized and went the extra mile to finish the safari. Thanks with much apologies. We care

Wonderful animals, rude driver-guide.

I want to denounce the guide-driver of this tour. His name is Alex. He was very rude to me, he said that my English was very bad and he was not able to leave me at my hotel when I returned. I go so far as to "touch my arm and yell at myself" so I don't get out of the car. It was a very unpleasant situation for me, because I was traveling alone.

The great trip adventure to remember

Yes, in any person's life, you got that dream you always wish to. It was a dream come true for me. A 3 days 2 nights at maasai mara game drive, I was privileged to encounter with almost every animal I had not met in my life one on one,from a den of lions, leopards,cheetah, elephants, hyenas, tsavo cat, hippos, wild beasts, variety of antelopes, ostriches and many more.

The most interesting part was the guide ability to get every detail of the animals, of their where about , when and at what time. True to his words, we literally found all the cats as he had advise on timing. 🙏🙏 . I must admit that John is that what every tour visitor would wish to have. He is such a knowledgeable person when it comes to guide and adventure. Big salute to him and the company he works (Kenya Bush and Expeditions). You guys never disappoint.

Phenomenal place!

Gorgeous place to see such magnificant creatures. Our driver, Maxwell, was very professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain to us the difference between some of the species, as well as ensuring our safety. The camp staff made us feel welcomed.

The only thing I would have seen better was better communication from my tour operator, Kenya Bush Expedition. I did not receive any information confirming my pick up time until after I Emailed them. But that correspondence did come within 24 hours, so I am pleased with that. And on the day of the pick up my driver was running late, so I would have appreciated a call.

Great Tour Worthy it!

Picked up in time to join the group. The group was friendly and we bonded a lot. The driving is long but quite interesting as there many things to see on the way. The good was good enough to show us many animal. We saw many lions and a hunting cheetah! It was like a movie. Every one in the tour including the camp staffs was friendly. Highly recommended.

Interesting Tour!

craving for safari ended with a tour to Maasai Mara national reserve. The park is wonderful with many animals to see. We did several game drives and the guide was determined to show us the best. The camp staffs were also welcoming. This is a perfect tour to book!

Safari to the wild

The tour was well organized with my inquiry emails answered very quickly. I was picked up from my hotel and joined the rest of the group in the city center. Our driver was friendly and the afternoon game drives was amazing. The lions were so close to our jeep. The next day the animals were many. Zebras and wild beasts fed together while lions watched from a distance. It was the most excellent scene i have ever seen. This safari is worthy booking. Thanks for great tours you have guys!

They do it perfect!!!

The company was good enough to give us a perfect safari experience. The communication with the office was easy and booking simple. The group was accommodating and the driver kind enough to stop for refreshments on the way. Animals were many, and the main reason Maasai Mara is a top safari destination in Africa. The hunting experience we saw is a reason enough to plan coming back in the near future. I believe each day the park has a something new to capture. Highly recommended!

Excellent tour and safari!

I was recommneded kenya bush expeditions tours and travel by a friend. I booked the 3 days maaasai mara safari through their Nairobi office. The safari was amazing with excellent guide who was friendly to everyone. The animals were many and actually in the first afternoon, we had seen alot. The basic camp we stayed was okay with private bathroom. To me this was okay, for i did not want to share the toilets. Food was moderate, my most important thing was seeing the animals as i had watched many geographical movies and this happening for real was amazing. I should recommmend bookng this tour for anyone looking safari experience in Kenya!
