All I can say about this trip is... Wow! It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The lodges we stayed in were amazing and the game drives were really something special. We were looked after by Amin who was incredibly knowledgeable and able to give us lots of interesting facts and background information to all the animals, he informed us that he has been working as a safari driver for over 30 years now so it is clear he knows his stuff! We were so happy to see so many different animals and we never felt rushed to have to move on so we were able to spend time really watching and taking it all in. The vans were perfect for the trip, it was really helpful to have drinking water in the van at all times and all information was really clear so we knew exactly what was happening and when. Can't thank Pollman's enough for making the trip so special.

My wife and I have just returned for 2 weeks in Mombasa which we booked with Mercury Holidays. Pollmans were used by Mercury as their resort representatives and they were brilliant from start to finish. We were told prior to leaving the UK that a representative from Pollmans would meet us at Mombasa but as our flight leaving the UK was delayed by 3 hrs and this had a knock on affect on out connecting flight from Nairobi the Pollmans representative (Timothy) drove to Nairobi airport to meet us and make sure that we were aware of the delay with out onward flight. He also made sure that we got to the domestic terminal which is a separate building. We were met at Mombasa and transferred to our hotel.
As part of our holiday we had booked a 3 day 2 night safari which again was undertaken by Pollmans and we must say a big thank you to our driver/guide Julius who worked tirelessly during the trip in not only driving us throughout but also doing his utmost on the game drives to find the big cats both lions and cheetahs but also elephants, water buffalo zebras and much more.
Pollmans also collected us from our hotel for our transfer back to the airport. They were brilliant and hopefully our paths will cross in future.
