My family had an amazing time with our guide. She went out of her way to make all members of our party happy (even the 2 yod). The first day we toured the major areas around Beijing and it was very convenient being able to get all the things marked off our list without worrying about transportation, lines and ticketing. We definitely saved so much time. The second day we did the Summer Palace and The Great Wall of China and did a popular acrobat show. We got amazing photos and then had great lunches both days. Everyone had a great time and learned so much. Will definitely use their services if we come back again.

Both our guide and driver were very punctual, courteous and accommodating to our requests. Coco, our guide, was very knowledgeable. She also recommended a great local restaurant for Peking Duck dinner! We were very satisfied with the private tour.

We have a great tour in Tiananmen square (Tiananmen Guangchang), the Forbidden City (Imperial Palace), and the Temple of Heaven. Our guide Lucy was great too. She was always cheerful and attentive and willing to clarify our doubts. We were a family group of 7 and the transportation was very comfortable. The lunch very tasty. The tour and Lucy our guide are highly recommended. Gracias.

Rita is a great guide - I've been with her twice myself, with various friends, and sent other friends and family to her, too. She's flexible and can accommodate different people's interests (for example, she popped in a visit to the zoo to see the pandas when she realised my youngest daughter is animal-mad) and is friendly and fun. I'll be sending more visitors your way next year!

Gotten China Highlights to customise our 2 day Beijing tour since early 2019 and was glad and pleased to have Sally as our tour guide. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is also very thoughtful throughout the entire 2 days trip. We were very impressed by her professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend her to those that are travelling to Beijing

My husband and I are avid travelers, although we usually forego guided tours so that we can do what we prefer at our own pace, rather than do what the tour requires. However, we are so glad that we took a friend's recommendation to hire Lucy and Mr John to show us around Beijing!
Lucy speaks English extremely well and is very knowledgeable about Chinese history, customs, and the sites we visited. Mr John drove in a manner that was efficient and safe, and he was so kind to pack frozen water bottles for each of us since the weather was so hot (100+ degrees Fahrenheit). We were dropped off and picked up near each sites' entryways, expertly guided through the best parts of each site by Lucy, and could skip the lines because of Lucy's status as a registered tour guide.
If you've never visited Beijing, you would be shocked at how long some of these lines are. Having a guide to fast-track through the lines justifies the cost. When you include the benefits of drop offs/pick ups and Lucy's knowledge, you get far more value with this group than the very reasonable amount that this tour costs!

We met our tour guide Lucy at the hotel and were off on our way. Lucy was very friendly and nice and has a deep knowledge of Chinese history, which was helpful context. Only a short section of the wall is open at night, but it's very cool seeing it lit up. Would highly recommend a night visit!

I don't know, the price will tell you. they adjust the price to the amount of people that are going. WE wear 3 persons We found it to be wonderful, they were really professional and helpful, we had Kelly and she was incredible, Very informative helpful respectful, did a great job about telling us about her country. we can only say wonderful things about her. Hope you enjoy your tour, if you can, ask for her, you won't be sorry.
