I had an incredible day at the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. I would highly recommend visiting this particular section of the wall. It was not crowded and felt very authentic. The cable car up and toboggan down were actually a lot of fun as well. Discover Beijing Tours were extremely professional. Fred was a great driver, tour guide, photographer and friend by the end of the day. The company answered all of my questions (there were lots) and the tour was punctual and exactly as promised. Def one to tick off the bucket list.

We had a great time visiting the wall. Miko was super detailed on his explanation and very knowledgeable. Miko provided us excellent service and went above and beyond to meet our requests! Thank you Miko!

I went on this private tour two times, first with friends on a girls trip then with my husband and 18 month baby. We had Albert as the tour guide the first time and I requested him for my second trip too. He was knowledgeable about the Wall and Beijing history but also cared for our dietary concerns at lunch.
The second time I went was with my family and he remembered details about my family that I had told him previously. He brought a snack for the baby and made sure she was taken care of as well. He gave suggestions on other fun things to do on our free days and even helped us after our tour was over with questions we had in getting around Beijing, which was above and beyond.
