- Scotty3190170 条分享都是购物行程哎呀！实在是不建议去这行程，一上车就要加价，电话和饭店广告的价格通通要再加价150元人民币，坑杀游客也就算了，连自己同胞也坑杀，太令人伤心了！形成只去了一个八达岭长城，要另外收费。其他观光景点全部都是绕着外面远观，只带游客去买蛇纹石，说是清朝皇帝们都爱使用的玉石。逛了七家玉石店，看了一个长城，就是一日游！撰写日期：2015年3月8日

After a long flight, seeing the placard with my name was quite relaxing.Although the driver did not speak English, he was very professional and we could communicate via translator app. All in all everything was smooth.

There is nothing like getting off a plane in a foreign city and being met by someone holding a sign (especially when you don't speak the language!) with your name. This was exactly what happened during this airport pick up and transfer to the hotel. Everything went great.

Driver was on time and waiting with sign at the airport arrival hallway. What a relief to not have to deal with the language barrier and scrupulous taxi drivers after a long international flight. The car was clean and luxurious, free WiFi and bottled water.
Only draw back was driver made a fuss because I wanted to grab a sandwich to go before leaving the airport. They are paid to wait up to 2 hrs for the flight to arrive and he made a stink over 15-20 minute wait for me to get my food order. He even called into the office and I had to explain what I was doing. They misinterpreted what I was saying when relating to the driver. In the end, I arrived safely to my hotel and with food so that I did not have to venture back out at night to find a decent place to eat. I would do private car again and again from Beijing airport even with this minor issue.

We were happy to see driver waiting for us when we exited customs at Beijing airport. We had expected to have to wait because we were early, but he was there waiting for us. He was a good driver and found our hotel with no problem. It was a 2 hour ride due to heavy traffic and he navigated well. I would gladly use the service again!

Pesimo servicio ya que el chófer no nos eejo en el hotel . Nos dejo sobre una avenida y con la mano nos enseñó que en esa calle estaba el hotel. Situación que no era cierto. Era un callejón muy obscuro. Tuvimos que caminar buscando el numeto del hotel oeto no era la calle. Tuvimos que preguntar en 2 lugares en los cuales con ayuda de un traductor nos orientaron como llegar al hotel. Fue una experiencia horrible.
Así que no recomiendo a esta compañía que nos hizo el traslado.

Thank you very much for your feedback and meanwhile we feel sorry to learn that our transfer service was not met to your expectations.
As your hostel was in hutong alley which was too narrow to drive through, the vehicle was unable to approach to drop you off at the door. We learned that the driver had called the hotel and he was told to drop you off at the entrance of the Hutong and it takes about 2-3 min to walk into. Thus the driver pointed to show you that street.
Once again, we apologize for this and thank you for your feedback, as this will help us to review our services and to make necessary changes for improvement in the future.

We booked both our PEK-Hotel and Hotel-PEK through this company. In both instance the experience very identifcal.
Driver was visible upon arrival / hotel lobby holding your name on a board (hard to miss). Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Driver was helpful w/lugguage and accomodating.
Would recommend this company for ease of transaction and value for money.

In general, this worked as advertised. The driver was not there when I came out of customs, so it took a bit to find him. My only complaint is the license plate of the car did not match what I was told. This is a big deal to me as it's a security issue as a single female traveler.
One tip for others who book via trip advisor. Go to the trippest website and put in your confirmation number within 24 hours of pickup. They will give you details on yoru driver and the car as well as instructions on what do if he's not there.

Transfert aéroport (Attente avec votre nom sur une pancarte dans le hall des arrivées) sans problème. Chauffeur véritablement pro, sans reproche. Un transfert sécurisé et pleinement satisfaisant. Ne pas hésiter.

The driver was waiting in the arrivals area with a sign with our name on it. He was easy to find. He assisted with the bags, checked the hotel we were travelling to was still correct. The drive was good and car clean. Would recommend.
