- Scotty3190170 条分享都是购物行程哎呀！实在是不建议去这行程，一上车就要加价，电话和饭店广告的价格通通要再加价150元人民币，坑杀游客也就算了，连自己同胞也坑杀，太令人伤心了！形成只去了一个八达岭长城，要另外收费。其他观光景点全部都是绕着外面远观，只带游客去买蛇纹石，说是清朝皇帝们都爱使用的玉石。逛了七家玉石店，看了一个长城，就是一日游！撰写日期：2015年3月8日

Wonderful experience at the great wall!
Woderful place and William was the best tour guide I ever met.
He took care of my old parents.
easy going, kind, helpful smiling and and prepared. I couldn't ask for more. ask for him and you will be pampered and followed as if there was a friend with you!

Thank you to our wonderful guide Cactus!! She communicated with our group in a professional and timely manner the day before our tour. We were in a small group of six people in a comfortable van. Cactus gave us historical background on the wall as well as the Forbidden City when she found out we would visit the next day. Our visit to Mutianyu gave us lots of time on the wall and Cactus was a really great photographer for us. We took the cable car up and down which proved to be the best option for my aunt who’s afraid of heights. Our lunch was served right when we got to the restaurant and was a delicious mix of veggie and meat dishes. Overall we had a very memorable day.

Our tour guides was inexperienced and lacked a lot of knowledge about the tour. There was constant confusion and chaos. The tour group put three groups going to separate destinations together, then separated us - which was hectic. On the way back, some people were dropped off at the subway, or by the bus, and the group got us a taxi after we asked how we would be dropped off. Do not go on this tour.

We are sorry to hear that your trip went poorly. It’s always our goal to see our guests have a great time and it sounds like your day didn't turn out anything like what you expected.
The tour you did with cheaper price was coach tour which was intended for those who have limited budget. There're normally more than 10 people in the group and they live in different hotels.
The tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off within appoined area (3rd ring road in Beijing). However, with the agreement of our customers, the guide may assist some customers take a taxi or metro back to their hotels instead of sending to the hotels one by one to save time.
Once again, we apologize for this and thank you for your detailed feedback, as this will help us to review our services and to make necessary changes for improvement in the future.

Long Ling (Linda) made this a wonderful day for us. She is extra knowledgeable, kind and made sure everything was taken care of for us. It was like traveling with a friend! We had no worries and everything went as planned/promised. We were picked up on time at the hotel (Ling Ling made sure the night before we knew where and when to meet), had a comfortable van with 4 other guests, water, delicious lunch (much more than expected) and the options to make our Wall visit what we wanted - some wanted to cable car, others chair lift, etc. Highly recommend! Five stars.

We had an amazing time visiting the great wall with our guide William. A rather enjoyable ride to the great wall as William gave us a lot of information about the history of China & the great wall; then we fuelled up with a fantastic lunch at a great restaurant a short distance from the wall; and then the wall itself! We had the perfect amount of time with William to teach us the most important things and then we set off for 2 hours of free time. The toboggan down was also a highlight though it would have been equally as magical getting the chairlift back down.

Excelente guía Cactus. Un servicio muy personalizado y profesional. Muy conocedora de la zona y muy dispuesta siempre a explicar de la manera más amable y de proveer varias opciones para escoger. Además Cactus tiene muy buen trato. Da a los turistas su espacio para disfrutar cada tramo del tour. Muy recomendable.

Awesome hike! we loved every bit of it. our guide Bob was fantastic. he let us go at our own pace so that we could take lots of photos of the awesome view. He was also enthusiastic and seemed to love his job which put an upbeat feel into the group.
It was great to see both the untouched part of the wall and repaired section of the wall. it gave us true sense of how it was built and the extremities they must have endured to build it. Definitely would recommend this tour!

6 of us booked this Mini Tour for a Tour in Beijing, including Forbidden City and then on to Mutianyu Great Wall. Picked up at our hotel by our guide Yuan (Cactus) who was fantastic. Great English and a deep knowledge of the history of China. She kept in contact before tour to ensure everything was to plan. What a fantastic day, we loved every minute of it. Started at Tiananmen Square then through the Forbidden City. Then we had a fabulous lunch, strictly local cuisine and 3 of us needed Gluten Free and was organised with minimum of fuss. Yum it was! Then on to the Great Wall. Went up on Chairlift and what an amazing view. Breathtaking! And to finish off we had a toboggan ride down the hill. Thankyou Cactus, you made our day memorable. Interesting and great insight to Beijing and Great Wall and it's history. Highly recommended! We hope to come back again.

My friend and I booked the Great Wall tour and had a wonderful day with our guide Jerry. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and made sure we were having a good time. It was a WONDERFUL day and the tour couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend. Thanks Jerry!

Hi everyone, wanted to check - does the guide actually accompany you to the Great Wall? And explain stuff to you there? Or does he just come with you till the wall and drop you off? How well guided is the wall itself?

Our guide only took us to the wall. She did not walk along the wall with us. I don't really think she needed to be there as there wasn't anything to be explained, and in any case, it was nice to be able to walk along the wall at our own pace.
