This tour brought us to 2 amazing temples and the Imperial Museum. The gigantic Buddha in the Confucius Temple is not to be missed! Albert was very knowledgeable and caring guide who led us at a pace that suited us. The dim sum dinner at the end of the tour was actually wonderful and Albert kept ordering more dishes for us to make sure we tried a big variety. He then made sure we got into a cab with directions to our hotel. The tour involves lots of walking but definitely worth it! Ask for Albert!

Linda showed us the Lama Temple and Confucius Temple. It included a fantastic Dim Sum dinner. She was very knowledgeable about each area and took her time explaining each site. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise and one that the locals go to. If you have a chance to do this tour, make sure that you ask for Linda. She will take great care of you!

This tour took us to two key sites in Beijing, starting at Lama Temple then Confucius Temple. There were surprises -- monks chanting, a dance performance at Confucius. Linda explained everything, and we asked a lot of questions (g). the private tour made this personal and exceptional. And then Linda took us to a killer dim sum restaurant. She is the guide you want to walk, talk and learn from.

Jimmy was the perfect tour guide. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and made our tour very enjoyable. I am very inquisitive and he answered all of my questions. Lunch was divine!

Great tour. Lucy was our guide. She was very knowledgeable and a delight to be with during the time we had together. Her English was exceptional. Would highly recommend this tour while in Beijing and would highly recommend Lucy as a tour guide. A bonus was being picked up at our hotel and returned by cab after the tour.

We had a wonderful time with Becky! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us when we wanted to take pictures! We were able to choose when our tour started and decided to start at noon. Becky met us at our hotel and we took a taxi together to the Lama Temple sharing some of its history along the way. We saw the highlights of all the Buddha within the temple, lit some incense, said a prayer, and continued on to explore the Confucius Temple. After the hustle and bustle of the Forbidden City and the Great Wall, the Lama Temple and Confucius Temple were a nice change of pace. It was very peaceful and didn’t have a lot of pushing and shoving. We ended the tour with dim sum and left fat and happy! Thank you Becky!

We took this tour (our last of a 10 day trip) expecting to be tired of seeing temples. However, our tour guide, Linda, got us immediately engaged with the history and uniqueness of both the Lama and the Confucius Temple. Based on the information provided, these two temples were truly special. They are a must for any Beijing visitor and I would highly recommend requesting Linda as she is very knowledgeable about not just the temples but other pieces of Beijing too.
