到北京游玩这几天,遇到导游Jackie,一个很风趣的人,把每个景点都介绍的很详尽,尔且我们遇到购物问题也很热心帮忙解决也帮忙杀价. 长城,明十三棱,颐和园 都是非常值得去的地方.

I'm so happy to have used this company. This morning's drive to the airport was easy. Ther traffic was not nearly as heavy today as it had been upon arrival. The driver was on time in my hotel lobby and helped with my heavy bags. Professional and reliable! Thank you!

We were exhausted after our flight and the pick up and drop off was very professional and got us to our hotel quickly.

We took the airport transfers between Beijing International Airport and our hotel in Wangfujing with Leo's Private Tour 4 times during this trip. Prior to my flight to Beijing, I made the online bookings for the airport transfers. Leo was very prompt and polite in all his emails, and just from the email correspondence, I had a good feeling that we would be in good hands. He was very nice in trusting me to pay the driver in cash for each journey instead of taking a deposit even though 3 of the airport transfers took place in the early hours (I can understand their uncertainly in the event someone plays the driver out and hence a waste of time and money for them). I had 2 different drivers picking us up on the 4 occasions (Alex - 3 times and another elderly guy whom I forgot to ask his name). Both drivers were very polite, and helped us with our heavy luggage. Cars were clean and comfortable. Along the way, the drivers were very informative whenever we had questions about the present China (the last time we were there was almost a decade ago). Now what particularly impresses me and makes me think they are worthy of a 10-star was the extra mile they went for us.. Alex was fetching us to the airport (around 2.40 a.m.), and we were almost reaching when my husband realised that we had left something very important in the hotel room (my daughter's portable potty) that we had just checked out half hour ago. As it was close to the check-in time for the flight, we were quite at a loss of what to do and a bit frantic. Alex obtained the hotel's contact number from the internet and helped us to call the hotel to check whether they could locate the item, and offered to go back to the hotel to pick up for us and then return to the airport to pass it to us. But later I decided to follow Alex back to the hotel in case the hotel needs identification of stay while my husband did the flight check-in. He drove swiftly but safely, to and fro. While nearing the hotel, he made another phone call to the hotel to ask them to get ready the item for collection. He was very calm and collected during the drive to and fro the airport. Very professional. Just want to say a big thank you to Alex that everything went smoothly after that initial hiccup. We made the flight in good time. While Leo's is not the cheapest... taxis are definitely cheaper but if you want great service and comfort and security of someone having your back, just go for Leo! No regrets choosing them. Will definitely go for them again when I am back in Beijing. =)
