The booking process with "Travel China Guide" was fast and flawless and the tickets were provided on time before the visit, all communication with the company was exceptionally friendly and helpful - their webpage contains a lot of information, is well structured and easy to understand and use.
On the day of the visit the tickets could be used as expected without any issues. The Summer Palace itself including various points of interest, gardens, a big lake with boats to transverse etc. is extraordinarily beautiful! We have spent hours on site to see and do everything and it was very enjoyable, the reachability per subway as explained by "Travel China Guide" is fast and easy.
If you want to visit this splendid place I recommend getting the tickets via this company, then you don't have anything to worry there (or queue) but simply pass the gate and have a great day.

Well worth taking the trip out from Beijing town centre to visit. There's a variety of ancient architecture, trees, greenery, country side, hill top views and plenty of cafes and resting places. Made for a great day out.

Great an easy process to get the Summer Palace tickets. I bought them because I was traveling in Asia and couldn't buy the tickets in the WeChat app, so this was pretty helpful. Definitely recommend.

I have booked tickets to different tours in Beijing and Shanghai with TravelChinaGuide and was afraid not to receive them as until a week before the visit date they did not go on sale and I had booked some up to months in advance.
Well, my joy was to see how they were coming to me by email on time as they went on sale.

Excellent service. Tickets were booked in advance and confirmation sent with detailed instructions - all very smooth and easy.

We have not been the Summer Palace for 10 years. This trip brought back so many memories. The boat ride was nice and the views on the Kunming Lake were amazing!

Easy commute via Beijing metro. A pleasant walk through the grounds and picturesque along the river. There are plenty of spots to rest and get shade amongst the trees.
