接待处员工态度有待改善
到访的那一天接待处的员工态度不是太好，有改进的空间。热食区有一盘食物是冻的，完全不热。饮品区亦没有了纸包饮品。整体来说比以前退步。

人满为患
环亚的机场贵宾室人满为患， 感觉变得廉价。 这次到贵宾室时， 人流多得令人感到错愕， 好不容易刷卡进去后， 由于人流极多， 环境变得嘈杂， 与「贵宾」二字拉不上关系， 倒像我家楼下的茶餐厅！

因为我申请了Priority Pass，于是到了环亚机场贵宾室享受一下，呢个贵宾室真系好多人，食了一些三文治和面包，水准一般。

这个机场休息室是香港国际机场众多环亚机场贵宾候机室最差的一个。休息室的人流太多，即使有很多很密的位，找空位去坐也要花一点时间，拿食物饮料亦要等一段时间。

好难揾位呢
这个贵宾室空间比较小，所以很难找位置坐下。食物质素亦普通，唯一好处是因为我们担心交通挤塞，虽然是晚机，我们早上便到了机场，贵宾室正好是给我们休息一下的好地方。

食物选择尚算多，质量都可接受，但或许因为现时很多信用卡用户都可以免费使用，所以人流较多，服务质素和态度可想而知，比早前差了很多﹗我亦曾去过T2那间「环亚」，感觉人少很多，环境更为舒适，又可以看到飞机升降。

位置近大堂，比较好找。永远有很多的人在排队等进入。进去后也是满满的人海。地方食物都可以，只是你会怀疑自己在贵宾室还是美食广场。

Terrible Lounge.
This summed my Hong Kong experience up..dissapointing to say the least.
The food was poor quality and very limited and aimed at the Chinese. The lounge was very busy and not relaxing at all.
Hong Kong is a dump, the people are rude and do not like foreigners.
The standards are terrible since the British handed this colony over.
Everything is expensive and poor quality.
Restaurants are filthy and the people obnoxious.
Never will I come here again!

Comfortable stop over lounge

Shower facilities were excellent and within the complex. The lounge was clean and service was good. a greater selection of food would have been good such as salads or vegetables or even snacks such as olives.

Not recommended. Poor experience at an airport lounge

Poor quality food, a few drinks only. Coke was from a staff filled glass dispenser - flat. Shower was good. Everything else was extremely poor. Not recommended.

Absolutely not worth the money.
What a rip off! Do not waste your time and money here. Over 1200 HDK for two people. We thought we were booked in the Plaza First lounge, but no. Did not receive a valid explanation for that either.
Horrible food including pink chicken in a gloopy white sauce and tasteless pasta and soup. It’s a basic cafeteria that is not very clean either. The seating area was just ok. Quite noisy. The lounge is billed as the good one. Do not be fooled.

Nice, big lounge with Amazing Staff

I wanted to write this review to share my amazing experience and how the staff really went out of their way to help me before my flight. I'm a Star Alliance gold member so usually go to their lounges, but this trip for Thai Airways I was really lucky to have the chance to experience the Plaza Premium Lounge.

When I first came in, there was a line but there was three staff members working hard in the front to quickly process the guests and people coming in. I waited for one minute only even though there was a line.

When checking in they were very quick, and even let me know what facilities are available to me as an airline passenger.

During my time in the lounge, I somehow dropped my wallet and was so scared I lost it or if someone else picked it up. Mind you this is right before my trip so it would have ruined my whole trip/vacation had I not found it.

Luckily for me, a nice staff member there name Bambi had picked it up and turned it into the front desk. When I went to the front desk, the manager Angus was really nice and before giving me the wallet made sure I was the rightful owner and really understood how panicked I was and made me feel really relieved after speaking with me.

I was able to personally say thank you to Bambi and give her a small token of appreciation after Angus personally walked me into the lounge to say thank you to her.

On top of all this, there was ample seating space and the food was fresh and cooked, and when I was there they switched from breakfast to lunch and had tasty food for both meals.

Highly recommend it and I only have good things to say about this lounge and the staff, especially Angus and Bambi!

Avoid like the plague!
Emirates 1st Class 16.02.23. The Plaza Premium Lounge is overcrowded and service is slow. Nothing whatsoever Premium about the experience. Avoid like the plague!

Flew Emirates First Class December 2022. Airport effectively closed & Emirates Lounge had been closed for 2 years! Offered was Plaza Premium! It was packed and a small cordoned off area with six sofas with a handwritten sign "Emirates First Class" was written. No service of any kind and rude impertinent staff & queues to get a drink or if you really wanted the most awful canteen food. The worst I have ever experienced. No criticism of Emirates. They have few options & the flight was beautiful, as always, but it was too close to SM for me and the pain of drinking Procecco or Gilbeys or a nameless non-vintage Savignon Blanc made me wonder if I should just leave & find a coffee shop. I know times are tough in HK but has to be a better option. Note they charge 100AUD for the pleasure to use lounge if you are an economy class passenger... Nothing like bright florescent light and being snapped at by staff. (WElcome though was nice - as I say - SM)
