The best thing I did in Hong Kong is the private tour around the city. I only wish I took the tour on my first day and not on my last day of my visit.

Victor is a superb guide, friendly knowledgeable and with an excellent command of the English language. He tailored our tour to suit our interests and energy levels and went out of his way to ensure we had a brilliant day. As our first trip to Hong Kong it was an ideal way to gain our bearings and have an insight into the transport system, food and culture. Victor’s knowledge of his country’s history, together with his local knowledge made this a fascinating day. Thank you Victor

It was our first visit to Hong Kong. We left the planning to Mark, our local guide. He asked many questions of our interests before arriving and his plans were perfect for our needs. We took the famous trolley to the mountain top, explored the older historic sections of downtown. We crossed the river by ferry and ended our tour at the art museum. Hong Kong deserves more than a single six hour day, but Mark made did his best. The tour exceeded our expectations!

Because of the unrest in Hong Kong we were not sure what we would find. But, the day we spent with Lulu exceeded our expectations. We not only had an opportunity to see much of the city, but learned a lot about the culture (past and present) in the city. Our host, Lulu, was fantastic. This was a great way to move around the city, using several different means of public transportation, including lots of walking. My wife and I would highly recommend both City Unscripted and Lulu.

I was looking for personalised guided tours in Hong Kong. I was really struggling to find a company/guide I was happy with and could speak to over the phone.
I found City Unscripted, they were just the best organisers and understood what I was looking for. They made the booking (very efficient) and allocated Victor as the host.
Victor was just the best guide, he was attentive, really really knew his stuff and it was truly amazing, We covered quite a lot and he took to an observation deck before putting on the star ferry back to the hotel. The observation desk is a hidden gem.
He didn't leave anything to chance, he planned the day so well and connected a few days before to see if were ok with it.
City Unscripted - thank you. Victor an even bigger thank you.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 6 hour tour with our delightful guide Lulu from City Unscripted. Lulu is young and enthusiastic, speaks fluent English and was very friendly and easy going. We were very pleased to leave the planning of the itinerary up to Lulu and she organised our time perfectly with a great mix of history, tourist spots, and sampling of food at places only frequented by locals. Not only did Lulu do a great job of showing us her city but she went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information and advice (via emails and phone calls) for restaurant recommendations and how best to avoid trouble spots with protesters and police during the unfortunate time of unrest in HK. Thanks to Lulu, our time in HK was most enjoyable and without incident. Thank you City Unscripted for facilitating a great tour with a great guide.

As we would be staying in Kowloon, can the assigned guide meet us there to start our tour or is the City Hall the only place to meet up?
