I had a family of 11 persons with wide age group from 10 years old to over 80 years old, including teenagers, adults, elderly, and young kids. Jacky was resourceful, flexible and accommodating and able to go with the flow. We managed to pack in a lot of sights for the day, including ad-hoc changes to itinerary without issue. My family enjoyed the tour, I'll recommended Jacky (and Liz his assistant) if you want someone experienced who knows the ground.
