Full day tours can sometimes be a hit or a miss depending on the bus and the tour guides, but this one was truly excellent.
As others mentioned, Cisco is the shining star of the entire tour. He can speak over five different languages fluently – how, I do not know, and neglected to ask – including Spanish, French, Portuguese, and English. He's been doing this for well over 10 years, I think, including before the COVID-19 pandemic. And afaik, acknowledged by the local Macao tourism organization. Truly a gem to be with while being guided around Macao.
The other supporting guides, including Tony, who was our driver to and from the Hong Kong hotels and the ferry piers, were also excellent. There seemed to be communication between all the guides at all times (via WhatsApp), so Cisco and Tony would work towards making sure your experience is comfortable and well-organized.
The group I was in was small, just 11 people, so there were a couple moments where they could adjust to the day schedule. We didn't get back to the Hong Kong city areas until 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM (due to traffic), so plan accordingly.
I'll also mention that I attended the tour during Golden Week, aka a major holiday week for Mainland China, which meant Macao was especially crowded with Chinese people. The fact that all tour guides, including Cisco and Tony, made slight adjustments to accomodate for the huge crowds deserves to be commended.

Extremely well organized - no stress tour. Picked up from hotel with very friendly and informative guide. Travelled to Macau by boat and back by bus added to the experience. A full packed day in Macau. - seeing many places and in between given lots of history and information about where we were going and what we saw. Perfect English by a humerous, multi-lingual guide who also spoke Portugese, French, Korean to name a few. No pressure to buy any extra activities. No waiting around - the bus was always on time and the synchronization between Hong Kong and Macau excellent.
DEFINITELY recommend the trip and King Star Travel - we will be looking to see what other trips they offer and will be returning to Macau to spend a little more time in some of the places we visited

Excellent tour guides Yvonne and Cisco who are hilarious and knowledgeable about the area. A good amount to see and they took us to reasonable spots that did not feel like tourist traps for shopping. I would say the tour is slightly overpriced and the buffet is average to above average (and our tour especially had lunch the same time as a loud large group from Mainland China we were told) which slowed things down. Otherwise though, a great tour steeped deeply in the history of Macau.

The tour to Macau with Cisco was amazing! So rich in history. The views were lovely. Cisco was full of wonderful and interesting information. He even tells you the best spots for amazing photos and he takes the time to make them. We weren’t expecting that much but Macau amazed us!

The tour was very well coordinated - from the ferry, the tour itself, the bus and the transport going back to our hotel. The buffet lunch was also excellent. Cisco our Tour Guide was excellent, historian, wonderful story teller and gracious host.

I really enjoyed this tour of Macau with King Star Travel. Our driver who picked us up from our hotels was very friendly and gave us clear instructions for going through immigration in Macau. He also waited for us once we went through the checkpoints and connected us with our tour guide. Our tour guide in Macau, Cisco, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained the history of Macau and happily answered our questions. Also, he gave great recommendations for photos! I will recommend this tour to my friends when they visit Macau.
