- julie00200 条分享感谢欧阳导游为我找回丢失的伞七月中旬我和儿子在香港玩了两天，由于天气炎热怕买门票麻烦，所以我报了香港锦伦的旅行团，分别报了两个半天。 第一天是去迪斯尼玩，导游姓什么不记得了，从头到尾一直讲的英文，惭愧我的英文没有好到这种地步，但是我们车上有一半人是中国人，我不明白为什么全用英文，看着另外几个和我一样茫然、费解的表情就知道没听懂，所幸迪斯尼反正进去自己玩没啥好讲解的。 第二天是去山顶、浅水湾、香港仔，导游叫欧阳，这次全车都是中国人。 由于下大雨我们在餐厅吃早餐的时候把伞丢在餐厅了，下山的时候才想起来，其中一把伞是昨天儿子在迪斯尼买的，非常喜欢。我抱着侥幸心理和欧阳导游说了，他马上打电话去餐厅询问，并且听到他在车上为这件事打了好几个电话，下车时告诉我第二天到假日酒店问问看有没有我丢的伞。第二天我跑到对面酒店一问居然拿到这两把伞了，我们很惊喜。当然，也要感谢餐厅的服务员，虽然东西不值钱，但我们很开心。非常感谢欧阳导游，很遗憾没能当面感谢他，希望他平安快乐！撰写日期：2014年7月30日

Lunch was late but dim sum was good, Peak Tram is an attraction.
The view from the mountain is stunning. Many of them were children, perhaps because Spring Festival is near and school is closed.

Nice to take the tram up over the Stelle herring with a view is very nice you have to pay attention you have to have clear weather otherwise you have not landed

Good excursion ruined by bad weather. Could barely see 10 m from top of Victoria Mt. Heavy rain made walking around the uneven small streets of HK very difficult. Dim Sum OK but not. For me

We enjoyed our informative 6 hour tour. Jacki, our guide, arrived 15 minutes early at our hotel and it didn’t take long for the 13 other participants to be picked up from 3 other locations. We saw and were told a lot en route to and at the many stop-off points and it gave us a really good overview of Hong Kong. There’s a lot of walking and the air conditioning on the small, nimble coach was very welcome. The Dim Sum tasting experience was excellent, if a bit different, in a train station. Good value for money.

Peak Tram Ride Dim Sum tasting and city guided tour.

Dear Sir/ Madam
This is not really a review but a complaint with respect to the attitude of the Tour guide by the name of Anna. My friend and i booked this tour with much anticipation for a great time but was sorely disappointed as Anna did not fullfill her promise of waiting for out arrival at the meeting point.
Allow me to expand. We were due to meet at a particular point but due to us being lost in Hong Kong we arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes late. Then when we contacted her she advised us to meet her at another point where she will wait for us.
When we arrived at that second point and did not see her, once again we contacted her , only to be advised that she had already left and that we should contact the company.
My concern is that as we organised to meet why when she did not see us at the first point, that she did not contact us to find out if we were still coming. Secondly at the second meeting point, she did not wait as promised.
I mention that each time we contacted her she repsponded very curtly and that we had to ask a local to call her as we had no data on our mobiles.
Hence we are thoroughly dissatisfied with this. What is your recommendation on this scenario?

Dear Cheryl,
Thank you for your email. We have investigated the case with our tour guide. Unfortunately, as there were other tourists joining the tour together, we have waited for 15 mins before departing the first pick up point, to pick you up at the 2nd pick up point as requested.
We have also waited another 15 mins at 2nd pick up point, and have tried calling you a few times but no luck reaching.
Due to the unpleasant experience, we would like to offer a partial refund to you.

This tour is a must when visiting Hong Long the first time! It’s worth every cent! The tour guide was great and the dim sum tasting was to the jewel in the crown!
