Definitely, this can't be happening. It only took up to 16 hrs tour for those places he said , NO WAY! . Baguio itself is very far. It might you up to 10hrs traveling. This is a big scam

Hi we will be staying in Tagatay over Jan 28 to Jan 30 for a group of 4 adults. Pls do forward any local tours program including a trek up to Taal including transfer to fro our hotel in Tagatay. Pls aslo provide yr email id so we can communicate privately if we do engage yr service. You can also look into providing transfer to fro Manila where we will be coming from abd returning to after our stay at Tagaytay. Thx

This is a scam!!! Big time! There is no way the tour can be finished in 4 hours with its itinerary. The trip from Manila to Taal volacano alone can take you 4 hours or more depending on traffic! This tour includes Banaue Rice Terraces. That trip alone from Manila can be more than 6 hours. Whoever this person is, he didn't think through his scam! I am very surprise that Trip Advisor lets this kind of scam be published in their website. I am now scared of booking a tour in this website.
I am from the Philippines and I happen to live in Southern Luzon where Taal volcano is when I was there until 2001.

To do the tour that is described, you will need at least 7 days to really enjoy these places and taking into account traffic! I would recommend that you do a separate tour from Manila to Tagaytay and stay in tagaytay overnight. Sombrero Island is further south in Burias, Masbate which is at least a 10 hr bus ride from Manila! So I'm sure you would want to stay at least overnight there as well. Manila to Banaue Rice Terraces is at least a 7 hr trip depending on where you are coming from in the metro area. I suggest you do a separate 3-4 day tour for Baguio City, Batad or Banaue rice terraces, and Sagada for a mountain experience. The Philippines is a beautiful country and you wouldn't want to spend your time on the bus and traffic in some spots around the metropolitan areas and just pass by without experiencing the local flavor. I don't know this person but I felt compelled to write to you when I saw that the duration states 4 hours for this itinerary.

I'd like to make a tour from Manila to go to Ifugeo to see Banaue and Batad villages.
I think 3 days would be enough.
The trip could start from around Nov. 23 (preferably) or Nov 30.

We will be a party of 4, two adults, and two children, 11, and 14. I am an expatriate, born in Manila, and left when 14 at the end of WW II. The places i would like to visit are Ft. Bonifacio, my ex-residence in San Juan, on Calle Wilson, the Military Cemetery, Malate Church, and previous residence nearby, Fort Santiago where my mother was imprisoned, and the Manila Hotel, possibly for a meal. Wheels/driver will be needed. Other stops are opportunistic. One more adult may be included. This may be a full day, starting from a Makati Hotel. Let me know the cost, etc.
