预约时没清楚的说明不能退订，等钱缴了才跟你说不能退，跟客服争取行程有变要求退费，一开始说把退饭店机票证明给他们就可以退，但迟迟没下文，询问也是敷衍一下，说已经在处理了之类的，两三次后就直接不理了，这边不会热门到不预约就订不到，真心…

Gilbert assisted us in transportation from Puerto Princessa to El Nido and from El Nido to Puerto Princessa Underground River, and to our hotel in Puerto Princessa. His staff were professional and everything went smooth! Long drives, but his tour guides made sure to make stops and to to ask questions at anytime. We forgot our sunglasses when we arrived in El Nido and ensured that it would kept safe until we got back to Puerto Princessa. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants private tours and is very affordable! We will forsure book them again when we are in Palawan again. Thank you again Diskurbe :)!

Private van PP to El Nido return

Although the van was a little late on pick at PP airport, the driver apologized and looked after us。 Gilbert was always on hand on FB messenger which was very helpful. Our driver Charlie (El Nodo to PP) was very knowledgable and told us lots of facts about the area.

Private Van Hire to PP Airport from El Nido

Due to the time of our flight we hired a private van for 2 of us to get to PP airport from El Nido bus terminal.

The van arrived exactly at the agreed time (to the minute) and got us there in 4 hours.

The van was clean and comfortable. The driver Greg was friendly.

Would definitely use again and recommend.

This company is very good for service and if you have any questions,they will answer back immediately on messenger,also there boss help me to find the thing that I lost, and returned it back in my hotel.
