The driver/guide should have at least a rudimentary knowledge of the places visited. As it was billed as a "City Tour" some information about Purto Princesa would have been nice. To be periodically informed of ones location during the tour would have also been helpful. Other than the Cathedral and the US Marines Massacre Site all other places were for private enterprises such as horse riding/ zipline ride, bakery etc.
I accept Palawan is developing its Tourist Industry but needs to do better than the take it or leave it attitude one meets as standard here.

Thank you for writing the review. Im sorry the tour did not meet your expectations. The management will make necessary action to make improvements on city tour. The destinations we visit are the the tourist destinations listed with the City tourism as part of places that we are required and supposed to visit in the city tour.

Puerto Princesa is a perfect place for relaxation for the whole family and to a couple. We love the honda bay island hoping, the city tour and the under ground river. Thanks to World Holiday travel and tour for our perfect vacation. The staffs are accommodating, the tour guide is very knowledgeable and the driver is very courteous. Excellent service!
