We did a private van rental with driver for a 1 day trip to uphill spots and Mactan. The driver was friendly and drove us safely to each destination. He Provided extra insights regarding the places we went especially Temple of Leah. Sadly, I could not give a 5 despite the good service by the driver (although he was quite late to arrive for our pickup) because I’m commenting about the company. Whilst they’re very responsive to our inquiries when we needed to book, they weren’t responsive at all when we needed clarifications on the amount we paid after the day ended. The driver told us to communicate with the office but they chose to ignore our calls and emails. We did not actually go to Mactan, somehow, we forgot about it because our teens started feeling unwell, so we went back straight to the hotel. Being #1 in TripAdvisor and people’s choice award, we felt scammed by this company and it’s not the Filipino hospitality I expected when they chose not to respond and we definitely paid more than what we were quoted over the phone vs email. The company refused to respond even after days of follow up, so we just gave up. The extra monies they took was definitely a shame.

Hi, we are very sorry about your experience. May I know who is your driver on that day, so we can trace what happened, I can't see your name in our calendar too. It could be under different name.
Also, it seems that you are paying for a car rental with driver within Cebu city and Mactan, but you mentioned that you visited Temple of Leah which is located uphill (or mountain area) which clearly stated in this package that there is an addon for rentals to visit mountain area or uphill spots. On the other hand, Mactan is just within the city.
Additionally, you are not paying to us directly since you booked through TripAdvisor, and TripAdvisor will pay us after a month of the service. So I am not sure which part we took more monies.
