Tried to book the luge at the desk but they couldnt give the time we wanted 3pm, So we booked for 6pm unfortunately it has rained non stop from 4:30pm
Went to discuss a refund but told NO… they’ve give vouchers which expire in 1 month
Never rode
A group of 8 people 24 rides and no refund ( whilst I understand they can’t control the weather but if you have never ridden once on your booking then they should refund )
Tourist trap… Singapore should be better than this… truly disgusted no customer service just a ruse to scam money out of people… 1 month to use the vouchers is disgusting

It was great. first you enjoy the view coming up from the beach going up to the mountain and then you have to luge yourself down which is pretty fun. even my daughter who is 9yr old was able to ride it down with no problem. it is very addictive.
