Lee arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional from the beginning. He was very interesting and informative, asking about our trip and telling us about life in Singapore. He suggested that before checking in at the airport, we visit the waterfall at Jewel. We did, we loved it and his recommendation was a fantastic surprise end to an already memorable visit. Lee is an asset to the company but a great ambassador for Singapore!

I can’t recommend this service highly enough - our driver Lee was on time, courteous & professional - contacting us prior to his arrival which gave us the reassurance that he was on his way. Book with absolute confidence!

Hi,
I believe you have directed this review to the wrong company (Tripadvisor/Viator partner with various supplier offering airport transfers). It is disappointing that we were wrongly accused which is serious and damaging to our company image
I hope that after you have read my reply you can remove this review or at least clarify or find out which company you book your transfer with. Our company name is Avenue Link Transport Group, hope this help to clarify that you did not book with us.
1) Firstly, we did not have any bookings indicating pick up from Hotel Sakura on 25th Dec 2022. And to be honest we rarely have pick up from this hotel.
2) For all our bookings, we will follow up with the guests on their pick up time if it's not reflected in the booking.
3) You can reach out to us as our contact number is listed in all our bookings.
I hope Tripadvisor/Viator can step in to help this guest in directing his/her review to the right supplier. Tripadvisor/Viator can also check and prove that we do not have this booking in the system.
If there's a need to help with the investigation, I'll more than willing to assist.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Mr. Lee, der uns vom Hotel zum Flughafen Changi Airport gefahren hat. Super Service, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Aufenthaltsdauer am Flughafen gegeben.

The service was very accommodating. I had a change in plans and asked if the pick up can be done earlier. They managed to do it without a fuss which was very helpful. Will definitely avail of their services when I get back to Singapore. First rate customer attention.

I am so glad that I booked through Avenue Link, the driver Lee was courteous and professional at all times. He even gave us souvenirs and gave lots of advice for Singapore. Don’t hesitate to book!
