We had scheduled a pickup at Singapore airport for deliver to our hotel. Arrived Terminal 3 but after extensive search to find pickup point, asking local driver and finally spending another 45 minutes with airport information
We gave up trying to find their hidden pickup area. Wasted 2 hours and finally gave up and took a cab. Asked Viator for a refund and got a no ! No empathy at all. Book elsewhere if possible!

We had a 16 hr layover in Singapore and spent 8 of those on a private tour of the city by car. Our host Richard was a legend. So passionate, experienced and knowledgeable, his care for our experience, including our overtired 11 and 12 year old sons, was exceptional and his enthusiasm for his city was infectious. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended. Will do it again next time we've got some spare time in Singapore.

Our guide Gee and driver Bernard were wonderful. Gee was informative and interesting and fun to converse with. We had an amazing experience and were able to visit many must see attractions. Would definitely hire him next time we are in Singapore..

Our layover tour by car was timely because it rained for the most part of our tour but we were still able to see most of the places we want to see and experienced. Our guide Bibi and Bernie our driver picked us up directly from the airport . Bibi let us peek quickly Jewel. We got to see the massive waterfalls. Then we drove to the city. Since we were getting hungry, we had our lunch at one of their famous Hawker Center, Lau Pa Sat. We had several foods and of course including the Hainanese chicken rice. Bibi was very helpful and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of things that we didn’t know before about Singapore. It was an enjoyable and educational experienced at the same time.

Our tour guide Bibi was excellent. On time pickup & drop off to Changi. Extremely knowledgeable about Singapore & it’s history, as well as being so personable. We got to hit all that we wanted to in the 6 hrs. we had available. No way that we could’ve done it on our on! Very well spent & efficient use of long layover time. Highly recommend!!!

What a great way to spend an 8 hour layover in Singapore. Our guide (Richard) was knowledgeable and thoughtful. We asked him to plan a 5 hour trip and he delivered. Each aspect of the tour was excellent and we came away having had a whistle-stop but highly memorable experience.
We went on a river cruise (9/10), visited Gardens by the Bay (including admission to the Cloud Forest) (10/10), enjoyed some hawker street food (11/10!) and watched the light show at the Super Tree Grove (10/10).
We left feeling that we had experienced so much but that there was still much more that Singapore had to offer.
After a flight from Australia, my family was tired so the trip required some stamina. I would therefore not recommend this kind of tour for younger children if you are on a layover. My children are 15 and 11 and managed fine but I reckon under 8s would have found the exertion in humid heat pretty tiring.

Daryl was amazing! Great knowledge, tailored the tour to suit us, went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed it. Highlights were the hawker market and trying the different foods, marina barrage, gardens by the bay, the riverfront, expat area and his local knowledge. Thanks again Daryl

We had a wonderful time! Our tour guide was Gee Soo! He was AMAZING!!! whenever I go back to visit Singapore again I’ll be looking for him! Prior to our visit I sent an email highlighting a few things I wanted to see and they took care of the rest. They picked us up on time and our transportation was very nice & clean. Our tour guide was very friendly and welcoming! He was very knowledgeable about Singapore’s history and culture so we got a chance to learn so much! Before we headed back to the airport we stopped and ate and just enjoyed ourselves! I actually cried when he took us back to the airport because I was sad we were leaving him! We had a great time!! THANK YOU!!!

My wife and I will be arriving by cruise ship in January 2019 and have a 6 hour layover. I'd like to arrange to be picked up at the ship terminal, have a driving tour of Singapore (I have to walk with a cane so a walking tour doesn't work) go out to a interesting place for lunch and be taken to the airport to arrive there by about 3pm. Flight is at 6pm. Driver must speak English and just be personable and show us the major sights.
