Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations at all , the fact that I bought the tickets and was informed after making the payment that I wouldn’t receive my tickets till the day of the event was extremely stressful , this should have been mentioned before purchasing. This is not my first time going to the night safari park however, this is the first time that this has occurred . For me to have to follow up on my tickets was very stressful and consumed a lot of my vacation time . The tickets I paid for were for 7:15 pm . And I was given 9:15 pm slot . Which is extremely late and I had other plans and reservations.
Trip advisor needs to look into this and not sell non refundable tickets and surprising customers with different timings and having to follow up on their tickets.

We were there 10 years ago, but this time we were rather disappointed with the price-performance ratio. We took a taxi to the zoo because the journey by public transport takes significantly longer. We tried to book the tickets online beforehand, but we didn't receive the email with the tickets. However, this wasn't a problem because the ticket was printed out for us at the entrance using the booking number.
We started with the show, which showed nocturnal animals (e.g. wild boar, owl, etc.). It is important to register for the show using a QR code. Then we got on the tram and drove through the zoo. Unfortunately, we couldn't see quite as many animals as on our last visit. The elephants were very nice to see. Overall, the visit wasn't really worth all the effort - taxi there and taxi back - for me. I had expected a bit more.
Although the zoo is open until midnight, by 11 p.m. the information stand had already been cleared away, the photo corner was already closed, the trams had been parked away, the restaurant was already cleaning up, etc. I would have liked to have visited the circular path after the tram ride, but I felt like I had to leave quickly so as not to get locked in.

It is a different experience and the fact that it is at night is pleasant because the temperatures drop a little. Can animals be seen at night? Little, really. My 16-year-old daughter enjoyed it and I'm sure it will be quite an adventure for the younger members of the family. If you get a GoCity card it is one of the activities that are included and it is cheaper. Personally, more than seeing animals (which I barely saw), I enjoyed the feeling of being on a safari through the jungle. If you reserve in advance you can feed some animals.

Please never purchase ticket with them , they are scammer. false promise of cheaper guarantee price, when you provide evidence they come up with excuse.

Terrible experience buying my tickets for night safari since the money got deducted and despite getting confirmation that my tickets are confirmed, I never received the E tickets from their 3rd party provider (named MAM). I tried calling them multiple times but still the E tickets never arrived.

Easy to book, details on line were completely inaccurate, tour was supposed to be 3 hours, only 30 minutes, saw 5 different animals who appeared to be sedated. Very disappointing.

The transportation by team was ok. Staff were definitely helpful. But the actual ride was a total disappointment. We expected to see a much broader selection of animals. They have only the basic.

Have you ever found yourself wondering if your memory is playing tricks.
I have been to the Singapore night safari before and enjoyed it, but this time I found it to be boring. This time it was Not worth the money unless your favourite animal is the dear. They were everywhere.
The audio commentary was to quiet and with the fellow visitors talking over it I found it to be a waste of time.
Shame it wasn’t live as the commentator could have asked people to be quiet so that people could actually enjoy the information given. So much money has been spent on upgrading the park parking and access that I think a little could have been spent to upgrade to zoo.
I did enjoy the gift shop and found lovely items to take home for the kids.
Unfortunately the food on offer was not up to scratch. I ordered satay sticks and would question if it actually was chicken. The meet was very thin making me think the chicken was underweight from the portion I received. The highlight was the ice cream.
In comparison to the Bali Night Safari, Bali wins.
