E tiket發出的時间太慢了，要撥电去旅行社，才情愿發出，不值得这个價格！！！
一直在网上留意，都没看見更進一步的变动，E tiket發出的時间，实在太慢了，还要我親自撥电，才情愿發出！！而且职员不会讲华语是个缺点！！！

Don’t waste your time and money
Very disappointed. The show in the amphitheater was so amateur, why you had to get QR code tickets before was pointless
The tram was ok but hardly any animals to see.

Very disappointed with the night safari. Tram flew round and only stopped a
Couple of times so we sailed past most of the enclosures. Saw a total of 7 species . Have been to the Singapore zoo on a number of occasions and it’s fantastic so took friends who had never been before and were very disappointed. Would recommend going to the zoo during the day when there is a lot more to see.

チケットを自分のメールアドレスに送ったのですが、これは入場チケットではありませんの文字しか出て来ず、30分以上エントランスの前でスタッフの方と交渉する羽目になりました。体験自体はとても楽しかったですが、スタッフの方にも迷惑がかかってしまったりと、後味の悪い感じになってしまいました。

The over all experience was good. You need to book tickets early if you want to visit from Thursday nights through to Sunday night as there was over 4000 visitors on the Wednesday night which is supposedly a quieter night.
Some animals were hard to see in the dark and the pathways around the zoo although they are smooth they are not well lit. The line for the tram takes around an hour in the line up.

The actual night safari itself was fantastic. The zoo workers were incredibly helpful. The only problem we had was booking through trip advisor - we received our confirmation email but never ever received any tickets or access to any tickets- even after calling for help.
I would suggest booking through someone else as it is an amazing thing to do and we certainly enjoyed thanks to the zoo staff who sorted it so we could enter.

絶対買っては駄目です。
支払後に当日に届くとされる、入場券QRコード付きメールなんて永遠に届きません。
公式サイトからのみ購入しましょう。
電話でオペレーター(？)と話しましたが、ただのインド人の輩でした。コード送る気なんて端から無く、キレられて終わり。当然、金も帰って来ません。
結局、現地で事情を話して買い直し、何とか見学は叶いました。
こんな奴をトリップアドバイザーが放置してるのもどうかと思いますが、高い勉強代を払って気分の悪い思いをさせて貰いました。
二度と同じ思いをする方が居なくなることを祈って。皆さん、どうか公式サイトでご購入を！

トリップアドバイザーでチケットを購入することと、ナイトサファリ自体とで分けて記載します。
まずトリップアドバイザーでチケットは絶対に買ってはいけません。支払い後にe-ticketが送られてこず、入園できませんでした。MAMという会社が販売していますが、何度もメールや電話で問い合わせしても応答、返信なく、楽しかった旅行が台無しになりました。
その後、OTAであるVIATORに返金を依頼したものの、理由の説明なく返金できないの一点張りで、返信ももらえなくなり泣き寝入り状態です。
一方、仕切り直して行ったナイトサファリ自体は、夜の動物園を歩いたり、トラムに乗ったりで、楽しむことができました。夜ですが、月の光のような街灯が多数あり、動物自体はよく見ることができ、子どもたちも喜んでいました。
星の評価としては、上段のトリップアドバイザーでチケットを購入することに対する評価です。

The greatest of nights, what an experience.
The Zoo was truely alive at night.
The wait in the queue was constantly moving but it was still about 1 hour for the tram ride.
Then after the tram ride was awesome too.

Best night out in Singapore for kids and adults. Don't miss it. For families it's just as easy to catch a taxi (set the price before pick-up) rather than using a tour company or public transport.
