E tiket發出的時间太慢了，要撥电去旅行社，才情愿發出，不值得这个價格！！！
一直在网上留意，都没看見更進一步的变动，E tiket發出的時间，实在太慢了，还要我親自撥电，才情愿發出！！而且职员不会讲华语是个缺点！！！

we went during the POKEMON promotion, and didn’t realize they also attached POKÉMON stickers on the inside of the cart, invisible to the outside, that blocked your view. The whole experience was just underwhelming with the “sights” being mediocre at best. I don‘t know how the reviews for this experience are so high.

Never got the ticket, only the booking number and I had to buy it at the ticket window.
I'm very disappointed.
I went to ride in the morning and they called in the afternoon to offer send me the ticke to my WhatsApp number. Too late for me.

great trip took the cable car from faber park to sea aquarium a few changes of lines to get there signage is a bit confusing but staff happy to guide you along the way

Beautiful ride! We got on about half an hour before sunset, so we saw the sights in the daytime, at sunset, and at night. It was clean, and neat, and very pleasant. It has been a hot day, but the cars were cool with open windows. Great birthday treat!

I booked on Viator and the voucher doesn't come with an actual ticket (inconvenient but I can accept as part of the process).
Ticket was not issued following the initial voucher/confirmation email so I needed to follow up with MAM Holidays Singapore. In summary here's what I encountered:
1. No one answered the phone when called (out of office maybe) and voice message was full;
2. Two follow-up messages sent via Viator and the only response was 'I will refund' for which I didn't ask;
3. No further communication upon further inquiry about the ticket.
It seems the supplier either doesn't have the resources to service or simply doesn't care.

This was a great experience. Spent the day exploring Sentosa and the beach at Siloso. There are tons of trails and things to do for the whole family.

Trying to work out the system before you go was more complicated than it needed to be. Thankfully once there helpful staff are there to patiently guide you to where you need to be. We found it quite a walk from the mrt station.
