I recommend 100% Terra Volcano, they were extremely professional at all times, they made us feel very safe. For me the road was very difficult, but the guides were instrumental in getting ahead, they accompanied me at my pace and always gave me encouragement! If climbing Villarica is also your dream, this is definitely the right agency!

Breathtaking Villarrica tour! Amazing guides, quality gear, small groups (6-8 people) and lift/walking options. Felt completely safe while having a blast - an absolute must-do adventure in Pucón!

The tour to Villarrica volcano was great! We got very good information about the tour the day before and tried on our clothes. The agency provided all the necessary equipment, so we were collected at our hostel on the morning of the tour and got a hiking backpack with all the equipment. The tour was very well organized and the 3 tour guides (we were a group of 8 people) were super friendly and helpful. They have always made sure that everyone is fine and everyone can run at their own pace. During the tour, the guides constantly took photos and videos, which allowed us to concentrate completely on the hike. At the end, the agency even offered free drinks and snacks. I can only recommend the agency.

I had a great time with Richard and his team going up the Villarrica volcano. The team is great and speaks many languages. very professional, kind and instills a sense of security. At the end of the hike everyone sits together for snacks and a local cocktail. Great atmosphere

We made the climb to the volcano Villarica, we hired on the eve considering that we already knew the climate would be perfect. We went to the agency after we saw the reviews here and on Google. There we tested our equipment and agreed to pick up in front of our Airbnb, as we were on the Camino al vulcano, route that the transfer would do. Everything perfect, we gained a few extra minutes of sleep and saved a walk to make on the climb. We chose to start with the cable car, it was worth it, because we were one of the first groups to arrive at the volcano and so we kept up to the summit, Felipe and Aldo our guides always very attentive and concerned about our well-being and with the experience that we would have been perfect, they took us at a very quiet pace, yet when we reached the summit was relatively empty, we stayed more than 15 minutes taking photos and making videos, in addition to knowing all the reliefs around, until another group arrived.
The descent was also very good, because we were one of the first groups the snow toboggans were still in perfect condition to slip almost the whole mountain. It was definitely the most fun part of the tour, which with the instructions and care of Felipe, was also very safe. In addition to being a great guide Felipe was also great recording photos and videos of the tour. At the end a partnership in the agency with piss, beer, fruits and snacks. Perfect day in Pucón. Thank you to the group friends especially Gabriel and Soy who gave us a ride and a very nice conversation to get back to Airbnb.

We made the tour to Villarrica Vulcan with Terra Vulcano.
All in all, I can only recommend this agency. Great, fun and above all professional guides who take good care of your group. The equipment was great. We had a great time. The group size of 5 people was more than perfect. Everyone else had much larger groups to accompany.
